The Hotel was attractive and very quiet. The room size and layout made for a very comfortable stay. The Hotel provided easy access to the Metro system and numerous local restaurants. The water infusion station adjacent to the elevators was a welcome touch.

Overall the breakfast offerings were numerous and tasty but we do have some comments and recommendations. Some of the hot bar offerings were lukewarm at best, e.g., the scrambled eggs and the porridge. The bacon was typically, to my taste, undercooked. I know many enjoy it this way but I recommend having some percentage of the offering more thoroughly cooked. I recommend having some nondairy options available at the dry cereal station.

I recently stayed at the Jupiter hotel in Lisbon and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is very convenient as it is situated near public transportation options such as the metro and bus stops, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel offers great amenities for its guests, including a spa, swimming pool, and sauna. These facilities were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the city. What truly made my stay at the Jupiter hotel special was the staff. Every single staff member was extremely friendly and kind, going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The housekeeping service was also of a very high standard, making sure that the room was always clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend the Jupiter hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon. The location, amenities, and most importantly, the friendly and attentive staff make it a great place to stay during your holiday.

I liked the general nature of all the Hotel staff , they were very helpful and gave some well valued tips on where to go , etc .

There was only one thing I didn’t like , it was the sound of the music at the swimming pool area . It was very bass heavy and definitely not the type of music to blare out to paying guests , that want to relax in peaceful surroundings . The bar staff are putting on music they want to hear , I love Led Zepellin , Pink Floyd , etc but , I would not expect to hear them around the pool area . It was lucky that where the plunge pool is the area was peaceful . I think the music issue should be dealt with , thank you .

We ended our three-week vacation to Portugal here. Upon entering the hotel, you can quickly see that it is beautiful, clean and quiet. We were greeted in a friendly manner and there were plenty of staff to take care of our needs. They stored our luggage for us and told us when to return for our key. The young men who helped us with our luggage and we had alot, were so polite and kind. Our entire experience in Portugal was excellent including the wonderful Portuguese people. Unfortunately, we did not have that experience with the taxi driver who drove us to the hotel, and he ended up cheating us on the fare. I just happened to mention it at check in because it was upsetting. What I did not know is that the one who assisted checking us in was the manager, Hugo. He apologized for what had happened to us which was not necessary, but I appreciated. When we returned to obtain our key and go to our room, Hugo informed us that he had upgraded our room to the Diplomatic Suite which we did find out later that it is the largest suite they have. It was a beautiful room. I know Hugo did this to compensate for our experience with the taxi driver. It was totally unnecessary, but it showed us again how friendly and nice the people of Portugal are. I would highly recommend this hotel due to how clean it is throughout, and the breakfast was amazing. Thank you, Hugo.

The room was very clean and tidied every day. The rooftop bar and pool was excellent with a beautiful view of the city. We had a problem with the toilet that was fixed very promptly after speaking to the staff who were very helpful. There were many nearby restaurants, shops and cafés. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and would definitely stay again.

The buffet was very nice, however we did have to approach 3 different members of staff to get a bottle of wine and our plates were removed a few times before we had finished eating

The hotel building from ~100 years ago (constructed in 1906) is magnificent. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. We had expressed a preference for two nearby rooms. The hotel surpassed our expectation by offering two rooms with a connecting door. The pool and bar on the rooftop terrace were great. The light dinner at the bar on the ground floor was excellent. The hotel was right next to the metro station, so that it was easy and fairly fast to reach any place in Lisbon. We have found several excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, of much better quality than restaurants in the central tourist area of Lisbon. Not far from the hotel, we also discovered a small shopping centre with other, inexpensive restaurants and a few interesting shops.

I liked the location, even though the hotel is situated a bit far from the main tourist attractions, everything is easily accessible by metro. The room was nice, the bathroom as well. There is a very nice rooftop pool included in the price which unfortunately I had no time to use. I especially liked the neighbourhood where the hotel is located, very vivid, with nice restaurants. The train station Entrecampos is very close, 5 min by foot. The breakfast was nice as well, with a very varied choice. Great choice of Tv channels. The staff was nice as well.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact we were given a room situated on the front side of the hotel (not sure if all the rooms are situated like that) which is turned towards Avenida da Republica, a very busy and rather noisy avenue, with constant traffic - even late in the evening. I guess it's one of the central avenues cause even during the night it's never calm. This impeded us from opening the windows during the night and even with closed windows you could still hear the traffic a bit. Of course there is a ventilation system in the room, but when it's not hot or cold outside like in May, I would always prefer having the windows opened, allowing some fresh air. With the windows opened, it was a nuisance.

The staff were wonderful and the hotel was amazing and so was the location as its not far from the center but it’s not in the center as some reviews may like you to believe. The accessible bolt transportation and gym fitness center made it more fun :)

I didn’t like the last elevator on the right which is elevated a little off the floor. My sister hurt her leg twice pretty bad merely stepping in. If it can be fixed, that would probably be best. Thankfully my sister does not like to fuss but I bet another customer would with the level of injury my sister had.

the only thing I can say is that the restaurant is closed during the day. we spent a lot of time at the pool during the day and although there is a food menu, it was really sandwiches and a burger but no like fries or cooked items as such other than a toastie. I just think it’s a huge miss for groups such as ours and families that maybe would have lunch on the rooftop terrace as well instead of having to go out for something more substantial. also the staff were friendly but at those times service was very slow. we waited over an hour for a toastie so just a bit of a bother at those times. other than that can’t fault any staff, they were extremely attentive

Everything! Staff - all were 10/10. The room cleaners were perfection every day. Breakfast was a hot/cold buffett and the food was fresh, hot and plentiful, fantastic start to the day as was their coffees. Room had a walk - in shower and was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Loved the free entry gym which was huge, modern and great equipment. The open air pool on the 8th floor was cold, but once in big enough to swim in and get some exercise. The sun shone brightly and warm in February but this spot would be amazing from April onwards in the spring time. The location is out of town by a 30 minute walk but is served by 2 Metro stations which costs peanuts to use, so that should not bar you from considering the hotel. Very convenient when coming from the airport and returning with a journey of about 20 minutes. Simply the best hotel I have stayed in for years.
