The room was very clean, spacious and airy. The bathroom was large, the water pressure was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning personnel came every day. The staff was very polite and helpful. It is very close to a metro and train station, which means easy access to any part of Lisbon. It is not situated in the tourist area, which means that you will find some actually good restaurants around, frequented by locals. Within a 5 minutes walk you can reach public transport, shops, restaurants, caffees, pastelerias etc. It also has a luggage room, which is very handy when your flight schedule is not aligned with the check-in/out program. You also have the option to have breakfast here or to order lunch in your room. The price/quality ratio was excellent!

Breakfast was excellent: 4 kinds of fresh fruit, large variety of baked goods, yogurt (even plain non sweet), too many things to list! I liked simple, a little old fashioned but functional furnishings. Restaurant on premises is all right but not great for Lisbon standards.

What is missing? No facial tissues in the bathroom, no water boiler in the room (but 1l bottle of water every day is provided), the chair is in desperate need of a new cushion. Paper cups (sealed in plastic) are provided but I would prefer real glasses or cups.

Nice big hotel. Wait for the elevator can be really longer and I was on the top floor, so climbing the stairs was not really an option. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious although I had a smaller one. Breakfast had many options, with many vegetables and fruits. Great breakfast for the price! Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bathroom was nicely done. Water pressure could have been better but I could wash my hair no problem. It's just I have better water pressure at home. Did not use the airconditioning - it was enough to open the window for the night. The room was suprisingly quiet for the location (which seemed suburban, but next to a large street). You can shop for food and fruits nearby (there is a small mercado and a bigger regular shop at the metro station). I had a really nice stay, would book again.

The waiting at the elevator truly takes long. Maybe the elevators need reprogamming. But this is a minor thing, everything else was okay.

It was literally infront of the train station and walking distance from the metro station. The city centre was near as well. I love the hotel and the management team was really helpful and great. We had a misunderstanding while booking through the app, we chose double bed but it appeared as twin beds. So upon our arrival there was no free room available to change. We were on our honeymoon and decided to stay there. We had to stay one night in the twin bed room and then the manager shifted us to the suite room as a kind gesture. It was so great and we love our stay a lot. We are planning to visit again in October and will definitely rebook a room in here.

After 30 days in Portugal, we voted the beds the best we encountered. Very large room (2 couches + chairs + balcony). The A/C is COLD. The lobby was always bustling, which is fun. The bus line to the airport is located about 2 blocks away at the railway station. The bus is a 15 minute direct line that drops you off about 100 meters from the air terminal (Google maps can direct you to a nearby bus line, not at railway, that drives by the airport but does not stop). Can get a kettle for your room w a 25 euro cash deposit. When you return the kettle, the deposit is returned.

The Roma station is remote but the metro is only about 1 block away and a straight shot to central Lisbon. The outside of the building is rough, inside the building is well maintained but past its prime, but absolutely no issue. I definitely would rebook.

Fantastic place! Great value for money. We booked this place well in advance and it was cheap for us. Excellent location iwth access to metro and bus. Its only 15 minutes from the airport and easily accessible to any place in the city. The staff were nice and the best part was the breakfast, comfort and the cleanliness. The cleaning staff make your bed each day and they provide breakfast from 6:30-10:30 which is quite nice with a range of options. I liked the most about the cleanliness and its maintenance. The hotel might not look too grand from the outside but its really good inside. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitley visit the next time. They also offered to keep the luggage for free for a whole day even though we checked out in the morning.

There is nothing to dislike about this place. It offers everything a traveller needs. Good food, clean sheets and easy accessibility. Didnt find any fault with the place.

Rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable, staff very friendly. Breakfast was average. But you have to go early if you want any fresh fruit.

If you're on the 10th floor, beware of the elevators. One of the two available does not go to the -1 level for breakfast. Of the two elevators on the -1 level, only one goes up to the 10th floor. It would be nice if there was a sign somewhere outside the elevator to indicate these issues.

We were very surprised at the large size of the room and lovely balcony. Beds were comfie, linens very good. The bathtub, although old was large and a pleasant and welcome surprise. Shower and bidet worked nicely. The buffet breakfast was well laid out with a large and satisfying assortment of foods. Excellent value! The bar was a nice place to kick back.

Two things that were disappointing were…air conditioning in the room was sub par. It was much cooler in the hallway. Once it cooled off at night we opened the balcony door so we could get fresh, cool air to sleep. At breakfast…coffee wasn’t the best. It was okay, but a good cafe con leche would have been so much better than the hot coffee and hot milk urns. Still…it was a great hotel…much nicer inside than the outside appears.

Again , it’s about the location for me and this is a great area to stay for a Lisbon trip . Also the hotel is spotless .

The lifts … but this is a trivial comment … they were extremely slow , especially the ones by the reception , we ended up using the other one to the right as you enter main door , much more reliable .

We had a family suite - a queen bed for Mom and Dad and the kids each got sofa beds. In the US sofa beds have a poor reputation, but these beds had nice thick mattresses and the kids slept great in their individual twin-sized beds. The size of the room was perfect and having a small balcony to enjoy the cool summer air was appreciated. The breakfast buffet was solid and included in our room charge.
