Great hotel to visit Lisbon. It’s located in a important road close to the city center (15 minutes walk), to the bus stop, and metro station. Our room was quite big, with a large balcony and a big bathroom. The staff is really nice and they do all they can to make your staying nice. We didn’t have the braeakfast because we preferred to try some local bakery, but it seemed really well made (it has a cost of 10€ pp). We travelled by car, so we left it in the yellow park area in the nearby (you should use telpark or emel park, because you can park the car for a maximum of 4 hours then you have to restart), but there’s also a private park next to the hotel which have a cost of 23 euros per day). Moreover the hotel has a really nice tapas restaurant open until late.

Nothing, everything was ok.

Clean and nicely furnished rooms - I really loved that I had a balcony I could sit on. Great breakfast where each day there is some variation. There is a lovely restaurant and outside terrace. Overall excellent facilities and a welcoming and helpful team. The hotel is roughly a 20min walk (once you get your bearings) from the Rossio area of Lisbon city. I walked around Lisbon most of the time and got cheap and quick uber rides to the hotel when tired.

Only minor thing was that in my room I could sometimes hear the loud noise of running water coming from above. This may be when someone in a room above is taking a shower?

The hotel staff members were very kind. They make you feel at home in the hotel. If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask they will provide your needs. The room was very clean and offers a beautifull bathroom. The hotel is very close to a metrostation like 1 min. It gets you to the city center in maybe 4-5 min. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket to get you some water and food to go.

The hotel room doesn't offer a lot of storage place. Which isn't to bad, since it's not your house. There is not really a view through the window. But let's be honest, who needs a view from the hotel. Go outside and enjoy it there. We didn't really have any complaints, the hotel caught us by suprise in a positive way.

Everything in the hotel was nice and the personnel in the hotel and breakfast was wonderful!

Restaurant personnel late in the evening was very rude (not worth visiting )even the receptionist gave a sale coupon and recommended to have a evening meal which we didn’t get since we didn’t have a reservation. We arrived late from Morocco in the evening and wanted to have a light meal or tapas but had just a glass of wine since we were not welcomed. Restaurant was half empty so that was not the reason.

The shower is very nice.

There is not brown sugar on the breakfasts..

The hotel is located next to a metro station that brings you to the city center in 10 minutes or you might walk for 20. This place was very charming and we got a spacious doom with huge terrace. It was very clean and the bathroom was quite big too. The reception staff was young and very friendly. We found a Happy birthday decorations and a cake in our room when we arrived but it wasn’t my birthday :) Still, I enjoyed the sweets and the effort with the decorations.

Unfortunately, the bedsheets were kind of sweaty and we had to keep the windows open so fresh air can flow otherwise it got very stiff. It would be great to have a place where one could put her own soap, shampoo and so on while showering, and not pout it on the ground. The breakfast was Ok but not amazing. On the second day there was nearly no eggs left which was the main thing we ate. The cucumbers and melons were bad. Even if they got a great coffee machine, the coffee they offered was quite disappointing.

Friendly staff. Small but comfortable and clean room. We had a room with a balcony which was a nice addition. Tasty, personalised and freshly made coffee and delicious pastries at breakfast

Located near metro (underground) BUT it means that there are vibrations in the room and slight noise every few minutes. Also (not the hotel's fault), but there are many homeless people, junkies and shady looking guys who made us feel uneasy (especially when walking back to the hotel in the evening). We constantly felt like we were being watched

Breakfast was an all-you-can eat buffet of continental food and light cooked elements. It was delicious, the coffee well-made, and we could eat our fill. Additionally, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Particular compliments to Lara in the bar/restaurant and Pedro in reception, who made our stay very welcoming.

The restaurant didn't cleanly de-vein the shrimp, so they tasted quite bitter. That's the only down-side we could find in the stay. No other criticisms at all.

Excellent value for price. The rooms were clean and the hotel in general was well maintained. The location is peaceful not so much noise at night, despite being in a main avenue. Close to public transportation or walkable distance to the commerce square. The best feature of this hotel is its personal. They were extremely nice and helpful. We were staying a second time and they even left some “pasteles de nata” for us in the room with a note thanking us for choosing them again.

Breakfast was small but it was a buffet so certainly always felt that we had a good amount before setting off for the day. The location was amazing and is right next to a metro station which will take you anywhere you need to go in the city.
