The location is situated between 2 subway stops along the green line. Anjos and Intendente. From the airport take red line to Alameda and change to green line heading to Caisde Sodre and get off at Anjos. The hotel is one block downhill from the Anjos stop. Easy to get to anything in town from the subway. The breakfast buffet was good. Eggs, cereals, fruit, pastries, cold cuts, bacon, etc. The staff is friendly but not really knowledgeable about things to see or do.

The front desk staff could be a bit more informed on the restaurants close by, things to see or do, and upcoming local events. The staff is very friendly but had few answers to my questions. I actually gave them information on things they could use later. Management needs to train staff on local activities or have a binder with tourist information data.

The hotel is very well located, with access to the metro and tram nearly in front of it, and access to the city center in about 20 minutes by feet. The neighborhood is residential and felt safe for a solo female traveler. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, the economic double room very convenient and comfortable, and the general facilities were modern and clean.

The breakfast has a very good variety of food available but the scramble eggs are very dry, and 10:00am as the breakfast end of service is sometimes a bit early when you need to catch up on sleep 😉

+ great location between Anjos and Intendente metro stations, also very near to famous tram28e station (Igreja Anjos) + nice interior, modern and very clean, enough space in the room to put two big suitcases and other stuff + reception open 24h/day + very near to shops (Lidl, Mini Preco) and mini market shops open at night + nice italian pizzeria 1 min walk from the hotel + big shower space + great breakfast + fridge in the room + air conditioning

- sink was almost completely stuck - breakfast served only from 7:30 am, not possible to deliver breakfast to the room before that hour if you need to leave early (but they let us take some food from breakfast the day before leaving) - noisy street if you open window

It was my first time in Lisbon and I'm so happy to have picked New Style Lisbon Hotel. The hotel is relatively new, very clean and modern, within walking distance of all the central parts of the city, and in a safe location. The 24-hour reception was very helpful as I checked in after 10 p.m., as well as on check out I was able to leave my luggage there and use the day in the city as my flight was in the late afternoon. There are 2 metro stations, both less than 3 min walk. The room was perfect - large bed, ensuite bathroom and complimentary items. I also had breakfast included and it was amazing (unlimited Pastéis de Nata)! Huge thanks to all the staff at reception and the ladies at breakfast.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable room complete with small working space, TV, small fridge, safe, and attached private bathroom (great shower). Your stay comes with a daily breakfast (coffee, juice, selection of pastries, eggs, etc). Hotel is just a short (15-20) minutes from most areas of interest and is also just off a Metro stop. Staff (all of them) were super nice and the front desk is staffed 24 hours. The hotel and area felt safe and there are a few restaurants (not too many, but a few) within a block from the hotel (highly recommend the fresh pasta from Piadina e Bollicine just a couple blocks away, or just a few doors down the pizza and sangria from Al Parmigiano was super tasty).

The room was advertised (and did come with) a small balcony but it's not anywhere I would want to sit and relax as it just faces stucco walls) Wish there were a bit more options for food, drink, markets, etc. within the immediate neighborhood (though not really something the hotel can control).

The property is close enough to city center, stations, tram stops and in between 2 metro stops. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Across the street there is a very nice restaurant with Indian & Nepali food. Initially, we almost didn’t book because of the comments that said the area was shady. It really isn’t. It’s quite safe. The breakfast was very good, perhaps better than the one we had at the 4 star hotel we booked next in Lagos, where we spent almost twice as much money on the same amount of days. The room we had was the superior type so we had a big terrace, perfect for coffee and a late dinner when the case. The Castel Bell toiletries were a nice touch as well. Overall we considered it great value for money.

The rooms could use a dresser. The terrace was big but mostly empty. Would have been better if there were some sun chairs, more plants, etc. The breakfast space was small but didn’t bother us too much.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the metro, which made getting around the city a breeze. The staff here is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. What impressed us most was how clean the facility was; it sparkled! Despite being on a busy street, the soundproof windows worked like magic, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The continental breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day right. Highly recommend this place!

This hotel is an experience which defeats all competition in its price range, and even above, and all airbnb's in a city. Since prices of housing are really high in Lisbon, this was not a cheap stay. But if you have to spend this amount of money, no other option makes more sense. Great location (in between 2 metro stops, 30 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from the coast); great staff, very helpful, kind; good room cleaning; breakfast is not really quality, but the bakery and sweets are good. Bed was huge, pillows were good. WiFi 6.

In my experience all was good. Some potential issues: mattress is rather hard (ok for me but not for my partner); the window is towards the sun, so during summer it may get really hot and noisy (there is a sliding door which blocks the sun entirely, but that means you are not aerating, and it does nothing about the noise. If there is a football celebration, you will hear it. There is A.C, but it blows the air on the bed); No coffee in the room, there is a coffee distributor, paying. No slippers in the room, it would be nice to have 2 pairs.

This is a hidden gem.The rooms were clean and good sized.The hotel is well decorated and smells nice from the main entrance to upstairs.The staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful.A big shout out to Penelope and Paulo. Located near metro and not far from city centre. They were happy to store our luggage after check out, which makes life easier especially if flight is later in the day.

Really helpful staff, not far away from city Center but for those that want to avoid crowded area this is the perfect location. Really close to bus and metro stops. Good breakfast variety, really enjoyed the little pastries and the fresh fruit. Room had everything I needed, couldn’t ask for better.

The only thing I didn’t like was the scent they used on the fragrance sticks, don’t get me wrong the whole hotel smell amazing but for me, personally it was too strong (not that it’ll make me not come back that’s for sure). Overall really recommend it!!
