Very good location, just 15 minutes walk from the city centre, Rossio and Baixa. Located near the metro station so you can easily transport to other locations. There are also lots of fast foods around the hotel. We got a twin and double rooms and the rooms were very small. There was barely space for our luggage. Also, the walls are very thin (you hear noise from other rooms). That said, the place is very clean and the staff is nice and friendly. Overall it's a good place with a very good location for the price.

Staff is amazing Reception staff so helpful in giving tips for trips and sightseeing Restaurant staff was always smiling and friendly The room is very nice with a nice balcony and coffee making facilities and good AC Just by the corner was a restaurant with cheap prices that was good for late night snacks after long day in the city Will love to visit again

The location is a bit far from city center Almost 20 minutes walking which was a tiring walk after all day walking up hills It's 10 minutes by metro and metro station is 1 minute walking but stations has lots of stairs and some stations do not have elevators

The hotel and room were nice.

I asked if early check in was available when I booked the room. I was told its case by case. When we arrived around 9am, we were told the room wasn't ready - that's fine. They said we could store our luggage which was nice. The tour we wanted to book had already left so we sat in the lobby for 5 hours waiting for the room. Each time I asked if it was ready, we were told 3pm check in. Finally, after asking the 3rd time, they let us go to our room around 2pm. Not sure what changed, there wasn't much traffic going in or out of the hotel. Once we got into our rooms, everything was great.

Nicely located near two metro stations, so nice and convenient to transfer from/ to the airport, as well as the tourist areas of Lisbon. Room had a balcony so this was a lovely surprise to be able to sit out and enjoy the late evening, there was also a small terrace on the top level with a great view of the castle. Breakfast was a buffet with a small but varied choice. The staff were all very good.

Room was a little bit smaller than expected, but had everything you would wish for.

Great place for a few days holiday.

Just an advise: Not use taxi. We payed 16 euro for a few minutes taxi ride from the airport and had to wait in a long line in front of the terminal for a cab. The driver was not willing to turn the meter on. The hotel is really well located wery near to the metro station. The metro station is at the Terminal 1 and there is a good and free bus service between the terminal 1 and 2. When we visit Lisbon again we will use metro to the city instead of the taxi.

The staff were very accommodating and really gracious hosts. They provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including extra help with directions, or bottle openers and wine glasses when we brought drinks back to our room, which had a mini fridge provided as well as complementary water. Breakfast was good, the room was cleaned and tidied on schedule, and the view from the terrace was amazing.

The shower was a bit small and the doors sometimes didn't close well enough to prevent wetting the floor some. The bar was presumably to be staffed by the front clerk who was usually busy and therefore the bar was seldom populated, so I suggest to go elsewhere for drinks or bring drinks to the room.

Staff's local knowledge about good places to eat; the nearest metro station was very disappointing. Their poor English was probably a factor!

Great hotel. Comfortable. Very clean and a great place for a few days. We had two nights and they made up the room with fresh towels. The tv, air con and everything else was great. They also kept our bags before our check in and after our check out. Helpful staff.

The location is not bad. An easy 20-25mins walk to the main areas of Lisbon city. However, this also meant less busyness around the area. But a little out from the main areas.

People at the desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was very small but very clean. We stayed there just for two nights and wanted to have a quick commute to the airport. Location was also convenient near metro and bus station and place was quiet. The Internet was password protected, a big plus.

Room was so small that to have a free passage to bathroom from the second bed we moved the chair by the desk and a trash can to the corner by the closet. The tv didn’t work but we didn’t mind. We wanted a good night sleep after visiting the city.
