I like the employee/caretaker. So, i have two bad experiences, which was actually not related with the hostel. The first one was about my food that i put in the kitchen for a while, then a drunk lady (well, it is a hostel, what did you expect) came and took mine. But the caretaker handled it smoothly. The second one was about my "room mate" (Yes, it is a bunker with three beds). One of the roommate got drunk (again! another drunk person), and another room mate told the caretaker because this drunk guy was super noisy. Then, the caretaker handled it very smooth. The location is near metro station, and many restos and supermarket nearby.

All was almost perfect. The host was very helpful and he accepted the late check in at 1 a.m. The hostel is clean and comfortable. The bed was fine and very comfy. There is a living room with sofas and a balcony. There is a lot of public transport in the area. The city center is a 20-minute walk away.

Maybe it would be good to have a wardrobe in the room, not just a small place for luggage in the locker. Sometimes the hot water disappears even in the process of taking a shower. The apartment is on the third level, and there is no elevator. But these are insignificant details.

The host (Lama) was very kind, always available whenever we had any questions. Our room and all the facilities in the hostel were always clean and tidy. It was very comfortable and we had a really nice stay.

The neighborhood may not be the best, but it's very close to the metro station (also other means of public transport) so it wasn't an issue for us. There's also supermarkets and bars nearby.

the property was not far from central lisbon 😌 super easy to catch the train, bus or walk!

it was a little bit noisy at night from outside however i accepted it as part of the lisbon lifestyle

Cute and friendly hostel with lovely hosts

Two hostels with the same name very close to each other, we accidentally went to the wrong hostel. Would be good to clearly distinguish the two locations to avoid this problem

the staff was excellent and helpful, it was possible to check in earlier. Clean, big plus were the fan in the room and provided towels - doesn’t always happen in hostels.

The bathrooms were a bit old but clean and always filled with paper, amenities

Nice surrounding area with cheap restaurants, super markets and night shops. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and cosy rooms. Close to Metro station and bus stop that get you anywhere in the city.

Not too much space. Only two small bathrooms.

It was cozy and it is close to the city center.

It smelled bad on the 1st night cause of the trash outside, the next night that wasn’t the case.

clean! very friendly staff, very helpful, there was free coffee in the kitchen which was a plus! the bed was suuuuper comfortable , l would definitely come back here in the future

Very clean. Stuff was helpful. Nice people, room was private. Great.

Wifi did not work. Maybe a small lamp beside the bed would be nice. But everything was good.
