Hotel is very near (100m) from metro station, there are lot of different shops and markets near the hotel. Good breakfast, comfortable rooms.

Only one member of hotel staff was available during breakfast, so everything went very slow. There was only one coffee machine and it didn't work (there should be at least 2 coffee machines to avoid this kind of issue)

It was a lovely room, very comfortable, clean. The view from my room was not so great as it was in the back of the buildig and the tv signal was not able to pick up alot of the channels. I wasn't able to dine in the restaurant as there was a private event(s) being hosted for the 2 nights I was there. That was a bit disappointing and there were not a lot of options in the immediate area within walking distance. However, the staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful and accomodating which made up for it all.

Wifi could be a bit better as I could not get full signal in my room.

Very nice room on second floor facing the Av. Alte. Reis. Location is central with a metro station 20 metres away. For those arriving at the Oriente station (train or plane if you take the metro at the airport) a taxi to the hotel will cost between 9 and 12 euros. A metro ride is also available, but a line change is needed and there are lots of stairs to climb. The room includes a minibar and a complimentary tray with kettle, sugar sachets and coffee and tea bags.

It can be noisy for the rooms on the main avenue. Very small breakfast room for the size of the hotel (9 floors). I also saw only one lift.

The staff were helpful as we couldn't get the safe to work. The bed and room was very clean and comfortable. Close to metro. There was a good choice of food at breakfast but if you want hot food you have to go early as its not replenished when finished.

A coffee pod machine with no coffee pods..... , when we asked for some we were given 1 ! my partner and I had to share an expresso unfortunately we weren't provided with any more when our room was made up.

The hotel has nice location and friendly staff. The breakfast was a lifesaver as none of us was willing to manage it early in the mornings :D The rooms are rather small (and dark as we lived on the western part of the building and the window is not big) and even though there are two beds, somehow a cup and a tea spoon are only for one (you can ask for more at the reception but it was just unusual). But overall it's a good and safe place to stay, considering that we didn't spend much time in the hotel and came to see the city itself ☺️ The transport connection is perfect, there's a metro station right next to the hotel's entrance.

The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the subway, with restaurants and small markets on the surroundings. The room was okay, clean but maybe in need of being modernised. This is the same feeling to the rest of the facilities, everything is in place but it's a bit dated. The staff was super nice and cater for all our needs.

As mentioned before, the hotel is a bit dated, needing of a bit of renovation. Also the breakfast is just okay, I mean, all available was good but there was a very short variety and specially if you go on peak hours some items might be missing.

No issues with the room and the bathroom. You could see that they must have already been in use for a good few years, but they were well equipped and everything was very clean. The breakfast was quite decent; there was some variety from day to day.

- Would be nice to have any vegetables with the breakfast. And I didn't like the coffee. - Not the nicest area to hang out, but there's a Metro station very close to the hotel, so you can get to the centre easily.

Good choice for few days stay with excellent connection to the city centre (metro right in front of the entrance, but also walking to the centre is perfectly fine). The staff was very nice and I recommend this hotel as very good and comfy value for money choice.

Breakfast was ok, fruit and pastry fresh each morning but I missed fresh (or any) juice. The room would use a renovation and it was quite noisy in the night (poor noise isolation I guess).

Spacy room and good cleaning. There were dairy free options.

The breakfast was very limited, I don’t understand how a Portuguese hotel has a coffee machine where the expresso isn’t available. One day there was eggs and bacon, the next day it was replaced by beans and carrot salad. The fruit juices tasted like being done by a powder mixture and didn’t taste good. On the bathroom there was only 2 tiny bottles of shampoo, which was intended both for shower and hand wash, there was no soap bar at least.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our special requests. The room has everything one might need, including a very large and comfortable bed, and it was cleaned every day. The location is very good, right next to a metro station, and there are also some restaurants (although we didn't try those) and shops (including an Auchan supermarket) nearby. There is a generous and delicious offer for breakfast, with variety every day (mini pizza, fish pate tarts, omelette, sausages, cooked vegetables, various types of fresh cake, as well as the classic ham and cheese selection, cereal, milk, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice). Overall it was a very pleasant stay, very good value for money and I would certainly choose this accommodation again!

Everything was great!
