The staff was super!!! Very very helpfull, taking the time to help you with everthing you need. Room was ckean. I would stay here again. Take a walk round the hotel, lots of restaurants and places to have breakfast. Bus in front of hotel, going to and from the city centre (Alfama). Uber is very cheap in Lisbon (from airport to hotel etc).

Beds are not that comfortable, the mattress are keep moving when sleeping. An extra suitcase chair, I had to take the bed sidetable to use as chair. Windows can not be opend. A little refrigerator would be nice. Cold breakfast, no baked eggs. Same thing every day., but enough if you need a very early meal (early flight/ train/bus)

The room was quite small but perfect for our needs. The bathroom was clean although there was a nasty smell coming from time to time from the sewage. The bedsheets were perfectly clean and I appreciated that a lot. Oh, and I loved that we had a big wall mirror, not many accommodations have that. We also had a window but the view was non-existent (we were aware of that from the beginning) so we kept that closed as much as possible. The neighborhood was quite safe, there is a military institution across this hotel and I personally liked that. It gave me a sense of safety. Overall we had a good stay and I think it was a good value for the money. P.s. - If you choose to stay here do know that there is quite a walk to reach the downtown center. And we all know the beauty of Lisbon's hills :).

I think the hotel could invest a little more to redo the rooms. The room although cozy, looked old and you could see the signs of time over the furniture.

Staff was very helpful, location is pretty good, not very close to most sites, but there's a bus stop right near hotel. Breakfasts are great

Power in the room turns off when you leave, sometimes it's inconvenient if you want to charge a laptop or a powerbank when you're away

The room was quite and there was enough space for someone who only sleeps at the hotel. It has been cleaned every day, and towels have been replaced. Further, breakfast was good but not too many choices (for the price it is ok). The location is ok, you can go on foot or by the public transportation which is nearby. The warm hotel staff have all information that you need, such as what to visit, where to eat, etc.

It is just what you need, I was barely ever in the room but it was good every time I was in there. The air conditioning was cold and nice. The view from my room was lovely I loved it so much. Honestly I loved Lisbon so much I couldn't be mad at anything lol

Ummm, Cannot think of anything. Oh I feel breakfast could have been included in the price for the night. You have to pay an extra 10euros for breakfast each morning. I never had any though. And um there was a foul smell that came out of the sink every time the tap was turned on. Other than that its the perfect place for a solo traveler.

The hotel looked newly refurbished. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The location was not too far from the center, the main sights were within walking distance. The room was small but sufficient for us.

The hotel was equally far from every metro station. The closest stations - Anjos and Picoas were both within an 8-10 min walk. This is alright unless it rains and you have to drag your suitcase up the hill! The bus stops were right outside of the hotel, which was good and bad at the same time. Our room was facing the street and buses created additional noise. Unfortunately, it was also getting very warm in the room, so we had to keep our windows open almost 24/7.

The location was good for us we could walk to bars and restaurants nearby within 5 to 10 minutes and if you wanted to go down a bit more central it was 15 minutes

In hotel there was a bit of mildew round windows of room I spoke with manager and he said they were getting this sorted

Location is good, city centre accessible - we walked or used uber. Rooms are clean and staff friendly

Check in is 4pm. We were offered an earlier, express, check in for an additional payment. This is unacceptable - if the room is ready and booked, the hotel should not try to extract further payment.

Nice location. Very close to the bus Station and not very far from the train station rossio as well the heart of the city centre. Modern but simple interieur and friendly stuff

The breakfast was a bit poor concerning varieety añd for that reason a bit overprized. But ok all in all. . A small fridge in the room would be great

I expected a pretty basic room for the money we paid, and on the contrary: the room size was very good, cleanliness was exceptional, everything (room and bathroom) have new and very well maintain furniture. The place is in very good shape and they use an App so you can check in yourself (pretty handy). There was always someone on the reception to help with anything. I'm pretty glad with my election.

The location it's a bit far from the main center, but not too far. We actually when walking every time, but it's like 15min. walk. Maybe for older ppl is not so convenient. But there are a bunch of local restaurants around, so you can avoid the tourist overprice restaurants from the center of the city.
