I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel in Lisbon and had a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel's location was excellent, providing easy access to all the attractions in the city. The staff members were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Cleanliness was well-maintained throughout the hotel, and I appreciated the fresh and airy atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. The rooms were nicely furnished and offered a pleasant stay, with the highlight being the charming balconies that provided a relaxing spot to enjoy the summer evenings. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Lisbon. The combination of a convenient location, attentive staff, cleanliness, and comfortable rooms with delightful balconies make it a great choice for visitors. I would gladly return for another stay in the future.

The front disk staff are super amazing very helpful and right there to help. Makes me feel home. Best hotel experience in Lisbon.

The staff is amazing and did everything to ensure we had a great experience with out room and the breakfast (which was amazing by the way). We're already looking forward to our next visit. Brand new hotel and the staff were amazing. The location is good and almost 10-12 minutes to the center.

The staff was exceptional, they spoke many languages, were incredibly attentive and kind, always said hi and smiled, any issue we had they offered help immediately. I had migranes during our stay(and the pharmacy was closed) so they gave me painkillers and asked if I was better the next time they saw me. My sister eats vegan so for breakfast they showed her all the options she could eat from and got her soy frothed milk for her coffee. Very kind people.

There was a sign in the bathroom talking about saving water by not washing towels we don’t need washed so we followed the instuctions yet they cleaned the rooms everyday and left new towels even when we didn’t need them.

This is a new, lovely boutique feeling hotel that is very well appointed. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great beds, bedding and towels. Room had drinking water, nice coffee and tea options and a mini fridge stocked with a couple of complimentary snacks. Breakfast is wonderful. Special thanks to Alphonse at the front desk and the lovely housekeeping staff on the 6th floor. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location is really very nice, but a little far removed from the center of town and it will require some walking up and down steep Lisbon hills (or Uber/taxi) to get to the main attractions. Staff kindly packed a to go box (apple, banana, bread with slice of cheese) as I had a very early flight on departure day, which I appreciated, but compared to the on-premise breakfast it was a little disappointing.

Loved the staff and the surprise breakfast room we didn't know was behind the curtain! Great breakfast! Upon arrival we were shown around and even walked over to the elevator. We can't say enough about the helpful, smiling faces at the front desk in the evenings when we were heading out or returning (Thank you - Natalia, Joao, Fabio) and Alphonso who always greeted us for breakfast. The staff was accommodating, engaging and informative with tips and ideas. The hotel is on a busy street corner but once you close your windows - you don't hear a sound. Very new, clean, and modern. Only a few blocks from high-end Avenida da Liberdade for a fraction of the cost to stay.

Newly remodeled and the front sliding doors are not working yet, makes the entrance/exit confusing.

everything! the room was amazing so beautiful with amazing amenities. bed was so comfortable. the free breakfast was a massive buffet with food of really good quality for a hotel breakfast. the staff though was the best part of it all, when they learned I didn’t eat gluten or dairy they made sure to give me gluten free toast and non dairy milk at breakfast the next day and in general we’re so accommodating and genuinely kind. totally worth what I paid.

the location isn’t particularly central but I didn’t really mind. also no bathrobes or slippers which most luxury hotels have but also not going to be a deal breaker.
