We had a lovely time staying in your hotel. What we enjoyed was the location. The accessibility to transport, but above all the fact that the hotel is situated walking distance from one of the best art museums we have ever visited - the museu Calouste Gulbenkain. Then we have to mention breakfast. A feast. Friendly service all the way.

Easy check-in even for late at night (22h30). Exceptionally good value for money given the convenient location in downtown Lisbon. The breakfast was certainly something to write home about: wide mix of fresh fruit, cooked bacon, eggs, baked beans and sausages, followed by super variety of pastries and chocolates; well worth paying the extra15 Euros for. Turim currently have 24 hotels in Portugal, 13 of which are in Lisbon and another one of which I stayed at in 2018; very good reliable chain of establishments.

The location and the room itself was very comfortable.

I wish the room had a separate air conditioner as some nights it got really hot in our room and opening the window was a bit inconvenient early in the day with outside noise.

Nice, clean, friendly staff, good location close to Campo Pequeno subway station and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was great but only starts at 7:00 AM, so beware if you have an early check out. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s very convenient for getting to and from the airport.

It has two sides and two different sets of elevators. However the staff on the desk didn’t tell us this and we initially went up the wrong lift and couldn’t find our room. Since it was late and we had been travelling all day it would have been nicer if the staff had told us where the lifts were to access our rooms. The staff were very friendly and nice but not entirely efficient. We arranged for a late check out with one person but another rang at 12:00 and didn’t know we’d arranged to leave at 12:30.

This is a nice hotel, away from the main tourist area, but very close to a metro station (Campo Pequeno), and plenty of restaurants. We were on the 9th floor, at the rear of the building which was very quiet, even with the window open. The beds were very comfortable, and, unlike some hotels, the pillows were both thick and plentiful. The room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The bathroom had a good shower, which took a while to warm up, but when it did the heat was consistent. Breakfast was not included in our deal, but on arrival the lady who booked us in did such a good job of telling us how good it was, we tried it, and we weren't disappointed, and continued to have it each day. It offers a range of choices that covers just about every taste.

It would have been nice if the TV had an English language news channel on it.

The room was nice, very clean and a reasonable size. The Front Desk service was efficient enough, however, at times the agents seemed unsure of what they were doing, whenever we asked a question. The location didn't have much going on around it, however, it is fairly close to the Metro which was very helpful. Also, it is close to a grocery store where you can find whatever you need. We did not have breakfast there, but we did order room service for an evening meal, the outsourced company they use provided an excellent meal at a reasonable price.

The Front Desk Agents, need to be more knowledgeable on the services the property offers. It took three of them to figure out how to organize a Shuttle/Taxi for the airport and they still got it wrong.

The room was really nice, clean and spacious. Having a fridge was great. The music system was a really nice touch. The location was exceptional! All of the activities on my itinerary were less than 30 mins away by bus or metro. Location was close to grocery and restaurants. I booked the hotel 7 months before booking my activities/tours. It was so enjoyable to take local transit to get around the city, then to come back to my nice room. All of the staff that I chatted with, were so amazing. It is one of the best hotel stays I have ever had!

I would have liked to access to getting my own ice.

The location of the hotel was ideal. Not far from all public transport. Hotel staff very friendly & helpful and the hotel was very clean. We stayed in the new bit of the hotel. Our first night was not ideal as AC in the room was not great, issue with shower and wifi. The next day I advised reception of these issues and we were moved to a new room. Rooms are spacious, even equipped with a microwave. Breakfast is mainly continental with the option of a few hot items such as bacon, eggs etc. Overall a really lovely stay and would go back again.

The only things that I think could be improved were the size of the bed. It was a double but a bit bigger would've been better. Also I was really surprised that as this is a 4* there was no complimentary water in the room on arrival. (You could get some from the mini bar in the room, 3,50€ for a small bottle ).

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Beds extremely comfy and best pillows I’ve had in any other hotel I’ve stayed in before. Breakfast very good and worth the money. Staff very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to help guests. Hotel was very clean. Facilities in the bedrooms were excellent from toiletries to coffee, tea making facilities. Also fridge and microwave in room too. Hotel is a 2 min walk from the metro and nearest supermarket. Some nice cafes/restaurants close to hotel too

Nothing negative, maybe drinks from bar a little expensive
