Location was perfect for shopping and for dinning options. Loved the pool and the room was spacious and comfortable and modern. The staff was helpful and kind and the kids enjoyed the play area close to the reception. It’s a great hotel For families! Also the burger at the side pool bar was delicious!

The stairs in the pool area need to be renovated, they were unstable and can easily cause someone to fall and get hurt. Also I found a silverfish when opening the sofa bed, which didn’t make my kid comfortable sleeping in there afterwards.

We chose the Novotel Lisbon as it had a pool and sun lounger area for down time, which was great. The breakfast we’re great and the staff in bar area in the evening were very accommodating. Staff overall were helpful. getting in and out of Lisbon was easy using Uber (cheaper than 3 of us on the metro and the metro is good value!). The room was a good size and big enough for 3 adults. The bathroom looked new and was big.

FYI when by the pool air planes fly over regularly. Tbh, it didn’t bother us and you can’t hear them in the hotel at all. We read reviews before we came and I was worried as they weren’t good but we had a great stay.

the workers are nice and friendly! It's true that some don't even have a racist approach when you're black. important you should know can these people in their place. I recommend the hotel for its beautiful location nice breakfast

I didn't like the day we went to have breakfast we didn't know that the reservation didn't include the lady I treated us with contempt because we had to make payments beforehand which we accepted only we didn't have a wallet in no given that it was in the room and she wanted it because she wanted it. unfortunately I clearly told her that I was a guest and that she could ask the front desk for authorization and I bet I would sell out for the remaining days! simple and practical thing that happened personally and without objection. I must be guided by continuous training for teams to keep up with the dynamics of the world

I liked the location of the hotel in the city, because it is close to the metro. We enjoyed watching the planes land and no noise in the room. Loved the breakfast selection. Weliked the pool, the tiny gym.

I didn't like the slow elevator, there were always queues for it. The family room had a double duvet on both beds and it iš not comfortable for the kids. They need separates. Upon request at the reception, we received only an extra blanket, but no bed linen. I had to ask again. A day later, when the room was being cleaned, the extra bed linen was taken out. We got only 2 pool towels for 4 persons. Not big problem, need to ask for more.

Upon entering it has a very nice foyer and large restaurant and breakfast area, also very clean generally. Staff were very helpful. Large restaurant Bicycletta with varied options for food. We did not have the breakfast as we found it a little expensive at 15EUR pp, however it did look to be quite a large range of nice options. Room is large and spacious, big bathroom with Rituals Toiletries, very good power shower with clear instructions and comfy pillows. Housekeeping staff were very good each day. Only 10 minutes away from nearest Metro station and also huge shopping mall, El Corte Ingles.

The lighting is not very good. AC & charging is also quite weak for phone charging etc.. Feels quite warm at night as the window does not open hardly at all unfortunately.

The room was fine, it was cleaned every day, the queen size bed was very comfortable, but the extra sofa bed is not really. The breakfast is great, there was a big variety of fresh fruit and pastries, but strangely there was not many vegetables, just tomato and ruccola. The hotel is about 20 mins from the centre by metro, but we usually called for a Bolt, for the 4 of us it was approx. the same price. We walked to the Jardim Amália Rodrigues, there is a great cafe at the lake, it's about 10 mins from the hotel, there is a bakery and a Lidl on the way. We also walked through the park Eduardo VII to get towards the centre. Belem and the Oceanario was 15 mins by taxi. We could leave our luggage in a storage room after checking out. We had a great time in Lisboa, the hotel was like what we expected and the staff was very kind and helpful.

I booked for my wife & kids. They said that they loved the stay and willing to come back again. The ladies in the kids playroom were exceptionally great and pleasing. Kids enjoyed the playroom. When i booked the hotel i have added the names of Wife and 3 kids. However there was some misunderstanding and names were mis-matched. However it was managed well at the reception.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was superb with everything you could want and all fresh. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

I would have preferred a simple shower in the middle of the wall rather than stuck at the side with an overhead central one as it took me a while to work out which way to turn the knob so I didn't get a cold shower from the overhead one.

The hotel is the salvation for tired parents! They provided playgrounds and activities for the kids all the time. It starts since the checkin where they have a place for the kids to play right beside the reception, until in the afternoon where they have the swimming pool with staff to play with the kids and afterwards some indoor activities as well. It was the first time I had such nice time in a hotel with my kids. Thank you.

nothing to complain about

The location was good, the hotel was clean and calm considering the airplanes taking off and landing close by. The breakfast was simply excellent. The staff was always helpful, although we didn't need their help much. The hotel's restaurant offered a dinner which is a bonus for families who arrive to the hotel at the end of the day and don't want to go out and look for a restaurant to have dinner. The food was excellent.

The only thing I didn't like was the extendable coach, which wasn't quite comfortable to sleep on. And it wasn't open when we arrived around midnight and we needed to ask the staff to help us open it.
