The beds were very comfortable, the turn down service was lovely, the spa and fitness centre was great and the breakfast was a fantastic selection with a lovely pianist.

The USB ports didn’t work in my room, noisy on the Saturday night (Music blasted until 2am from one of the restaurants downstairs), I was on the tenth floor), housekeeping did not come to my room on one of the days, this was around 3pm - I called reception as I was heading down to the pool and asked that they refresh my towels etc. while there. When I came back an hour later, they still hadn’t come. Another time, I ordered a cocktail and some food for in room services and when the food arrived I was told they forgot/didn’t hear what drink I wanted(?).

We had a wonderful stay. I expected it to be great but it was even better than great. Staff was super kind and friendly 😊! When you arrive a nice member of the staff is there to help with your luggage. Breakfast was amazing ! Shoutout to the hardworking staff during breakfast. They serve you with a smile. Shuttle to the center was good and the driver took the time to tell us a bit more about Lisbon. And the other driver offered us fresh water after a nice day out. A lot of small attentions. We loved the pool. The room was perfect and peacefull. And when we left we were again helped with luggage. Felt like royalty 🥰We will definitely come again ! Obrigado

Amazing facilities and staff were very helpful. Shuttle bus was very handy to get into central Lisbon. Make sure you allow time to get on as it’s only a minibus and very popular. Guest services were great. We got a discount voucher for the zoo and I believe they also have some for the oceanarium. We were going to book the Hippotrip but ran out of time. Worth knowing that there’s a free shuttle to the dock from Restauradores (where minibus drops you off). Very good transport links. We found an amazing kids park within Monsanto forest. Take the 771 bus to get there. Opposite twin towers. It’s called Alvito parque infantil. Our child loved the swimming pool and didn’t want to leave. He also loved the complimentary chocolates. We’ll definitely return and recommend to others.

Noisy doors. Late night arrivals are careless so lots of clanging. Same issue early in the morning for breakfast.

The hotel and staff were very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. All staff were very professional this is from the housekeepers , breakfast staff and all of the reception staff. I would also like to say a big thank you to the driver of the Croinithia shuttle bus who was amazing and helpful.

This is for the booking .com site. and hotel. We have an early flight back & did not require breakfast , there is no where on you booking site to opt out of this or make an amendment (unless I missed this) . I did contact the hotel but no one came back to me , so we paid for the breakfast but did not have this on our last day due to leaving the hotel at 3 a.m.

We have stayed at Corinthia in another location and were really happy with our stay in Lisbon. Good room size, clean, very comfortable. Great range of foods during the breakfast service. Facilities excellent (gym, pool and lounge area). Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Tea/coffee service at breakfast needs to improve. Staff were slow to address this and there was a language barrier with some staff which meant orders were not always correct. Would much prefer a tea/coffee station. The way the lift system operates meant we were sometimes waiting a long time to reach room or reception. Hopefully two easy things that can be addressed. Everything else was fab!

Nice rooms, very clean. The rooms are perfect size. Breakfast is amazing, the restaurants are amazing as well, the pool is nice and it worth the price.

The staff. For example room service didnt do their job most of the times i needed them. Like when i ordered a spoon to the room the sent me a fork or when i asked for soap they brought shampoo or sometimes i had to call 5 time to ask for towels or soap, and it took hours till i got them. No sunny pool, only inside pool. A/c was load. Nothing for kids. I ordered food by room service to the pool and they tried to charge me different prices of what they had at the menu. Parking in the hotel is expensive.

The hotel was clean and very hospital to guests. The decor waa very nice, well air-conditioned, the shuttle bus service was superb with excellent staff and considerate services providing cold water as we got on the van after a long hot day, kind house keeping service checking on is in the evening to provide us with more needs such as water chocolate towels, and terrific breakfast! Not only the food, but the music was just out of the world...it felt like a concert...on my third day, i wasnt interested in eating, but just listened to the music. The pianist really played with his heart, the music was soul food! We really enjoyed our entire stay!!!

The bed felt a bit hard, but certainly better than too soft beds.

Lobby Room Pool Gym Service Breakfast All 5 star and excellent

Location was a little out of town which had pros and cons, but Uber is so cheap it didn’t really matter and a good excuse for a bit of a walk. It was only an issue at night as there were not any local shops open late so if you wanted to pop out to get a drink or a snack you were a bit limited to room service or the mini bar. Had to request an iron and ironing board but came quickly. P.s. don’t let the local taxi rip you off from the airport like us they inflated the price x4, Uber is cheaper and you know what your are getting!

The hotel itself is posh with all the facilities one needs. Breakfast is great, full of variety and taste. The room is spacious with giant windows allowing the glorious Lisbon light inside. Management is smart to offer a free shuttle service to the heart of Lisbon because otherwise the location is a bit out of the way… There are buses and a tube station within a walking distance but it’s not like staying in the heart of the colourful city. Regardless, it’s a nice hotel all things considered!

The poshness and size of the hotel make up for the distance it has from the vibrant heart of Lisbon, but that’s where the practical free shuttle service comes in handy. We had a complicated check-in process due to 2 big cruise groups arriving on the same day. It was long and tiresome but at least staff were up to the challenge and made it up for us with free perks.

This has now become my family’s favourite hotel! Everything a 5 Star hotel should be and more! I could not fault this hotel one single bit! Staff members are always helpful and always have a smile on their faces. Facilities are always extremely clean. Spa service is amazing! Swimming pool is nice and warm with toddler swimming pool too. We tried all the restaurants, food and vibe spot on in all. The hotel has valet service which is exceptional! Room service are quick to deliver and always have a complimentary cake or biscuit to offer. Plenty of water given to the rooms and complimentary chocolate bedside every night. Thank you for making our trip so special. We will definitely be back!
