The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. I was impressed to see also how fluently the staff switched between languages depending on the clients in front of them. The cleanliness or everything was exceptional and while it's a subjective matter the comfort of the bed and bedding was perfect. I was pleased that the curtains were adequately heavy to properly block out light. And it was great to have the open-air pool and lounging area on the roof! Finally, the location is very good - it's not in the centre but the fact that the hotel is in a nice, out-of-the-way area was a bonus for me. I also stayed more centrally during my stay in Lisbon and it was much too noisy for me. The hotel is around the corner from a metro, train and bus terminal so is very conveniently located (you can catch the train to Sintra from there).

Being very picky, the breakfast doesn't have the best choice, but there should be something for everyone to get the type of breakfast they want to start the day, though sometimes particular things ran out or needed replenishing/tidying through the morning. There is a bar, but it is minimal and not a relaxing venue (it's essentially the lobby) - and even then when I tried to get a draught beer, the gas was out.

The bed was super comfortable. Room was clean and well designed. Shower had great water pressure and got hot really fast. There was soap and a hairdryer in the bathroom.

I didn't book breakfast, thought 13€ was a bit much. The room was great, only you could hear noise from the other rooms quit good. The thing I really missed was an outlet next to the bed to charge the phone. Cleaning stuff didn't clean the sink every day, but changed the towels even if they weren't on the floor.

I am a member of accord and the receptionist put me in a priviledge room without me expecting it, I got a plate of chocolates delivered to my room and free mini bar coffee machine and a discount voucher for future stays. All totally unexpected but very much appreciated

everything was good quiet, clean and comfortable I left at 4am in the morning to fly from Lisbon (didnt like that but they got me a taxi) so I did not take breakfast so cannot comment for that sure it would have been good

I had to stay a hotel which is ideally & closely located to ALSA's Lisbon Sete Rios station to catch a night bus for Sevilla (departing 22:00). This hotel seems to handle many night bus customers like me, so they were so knowledgeable and helpful for us. They arranged a taxi for me to travel such a short distance between the hotel and the station( I had a big luggage), saying 'Come back to Lisbon'. That's the nicest way to say 'Good-bye' to the guests. I love this hotel!!

Everybody from the staff was really helpful and polite. The breakfast was tasty. The Hotel is near the Metro Station. The Room Temperature was pleasantly nice, good air conditioning.

The interior of the pool wasn't so clean. Dinner was not good and too expensive for what you get.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room was relatively silent, good temperature, quite good bed, good shower. There is a pool at top, but I did not visit it. On the second day the conference room was very cold, which was fixed during the day. Good fresh fruit at breakfast.

Narrow selection at breakfast. No boiled eggs, two kinds of jam, and the other was finished. Industrial surroundings, fortunately a shopping/restaurant street a couple of blocks away. The lobby is four soft chairs in total.

not really an option to eat dinner at hotel, due to staff shortage. they only had toast, soup and pizza available.

Staff were really friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. Rooms had everything needed and we're clean with a very comfy bed and great aircon. It's a short walk to supermarket, restaurants and all amenities.

The view from my room and the elevator was of a car park. The bedside plug socket was broken, as was the bedside reading light.

Good size hotel but not absolutely massive so breakfast was never hectic. The pool space was a decent size and just what the hotel needed really. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Room was nice and more than functional, maybe could do with a slight facelift but nothing major.

Please put ANY and ALL valuables in the safe provided. We came back a pair of earrings short because they went ‘missing’ within the hotel room. We had the room upside down trying to find them and they were nowhere to be seen. Reception asked housekeeping if they’d seen them when cleaning the room, but they claimed they hadn’t. Cannot say with 100% certainty that we hadn’t misplaced them ourselves, but fairly certain we didn’t.

Breakfast was good, with fresh bread, pastry and fruit and everything else you would expect. The swimming pool area was clean and the water was great.

Rooms have a good size, bed was very comfortable but the room itself was a bit dated. That's the only minus.
