The location is good, it's almost in the city center near the coastline at the same time the room was quiet. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi is working, bathroom water is hot. Not bad.

The hotel doesn't provide a kettle. They don't have it at all - when I asked for it, they proposed me to wait 10 minutes until the cooler heats up so I can get hot water. Imagine yourself going down from the 8th floor at night to wait 10 minutes and get hot water to make yourself a drink. That's really strange.

The location is very convenient: in the heart of Ponta Delgada and 10’ away from the airport. The perfect starting point to explore the entire island. The staff was very nice, especially Carolina Vieira. She helped us with all our answers: free car park, restaurants and what to do if it is raining. Her kindness, warmth and generosity really made our stay very special! Highly recommended!

The air conditioning in the breakfast area was quite high

The location is perfect, I think they need to provide a better training to the stuff in the reception because they were a little bit lost about check in and check out, some people could do check in at 13:00, other at 14:00 other at 15:00. A mess! It was good for this money.

At night it was very noise because of the central location, has bars around and music.

Very central to everything and perfect location if you have booked activities that are mostly based on the port. The girls at the reception are very kind and accommodating.

Some parts of the bathroom are quite old and stained. It’s very clean but marks in the shower and stain from usage on the sink could be repaired

Nice hotel - very big room with all amenities & great bathroom. Breakfast - fine. Entire hotel was clean & modern - although wifi service was out for 1 day. Great staff!!! They helped with early check-in (storing the bags until room is ready), booking taxi & checking out very early in the morning. And no single-use plastic anywhere + there was a sorting bin in my room - very good!

Decent budget hotel in the city centre. Room was a good size, bathroom was nice.

No parking available on site. Staff were helpful to give us directions to free parking nearby though.

WI-FI wouldn’t stay connected. Hair dryer overheated within 2 minutes and I have short hair but front desk had loaners but it was inconvenient. Bathroom did not have a fan.

First time on SaoMiguel, the hotel location was great for exploring and discovering Ponta Delgado. The staff was very helpful storing our luggage, calling for a van, and had a room ready early. The breakfast was very good! Especially appreciate the English speaking staff!

- I've ordered a taxi to the airport but by mistake gave wrong timing. We landed 23:40 and I called the hotel to help me with a taxi. The receptionst told me where the taxis park and said if there is none she would come for us after her shift ends at midnight. WOW. - my wife got a birthday greetings (card + fruit plate)

It was very clean, and it was a good location close to the Port. We did not have lunch.

In room 415, we didn't have a balcony to dry our clothes or a small fridge, to keep a drink cold in summer times.
