The apartment is perfectly located, just next to the Clérigos tower. The apartment looks totally new, with a small kitchen and a nice bathroom. The staff is easy to contact if you have any problems or question.

The place is new I guess so there are still some details and accessories like a dish towel, a proper trash can,… But these are details.

The accommodation was right in the city center, very close to all main attractions, only a few minutes walk from the cathedral of Porto. Very nicely furnished apartment, very cozy. The apartment comes with a kitchenette that is equipped with everything needed for cooking. The host, even though we never met them in person, was very kind and answers quickly via Whatsapp.

There is no elevator in the building so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. This is, however, explicable, since the building is in the old city center. The walls/ceiling are thin so we could very well hear our neighbors. The accommodation is at the top of a very steep hill.

First of all, the staff is amazing! Super friendly--welcomed me before my arrival and kept in touch during my stay to make sure I was completely comfortable--went over and beyond! The decoration was adorable, new, and clean. Loved the balcony windows and up-to-date kitchen--making breakfast and sitting by the open windows was one of the things I enjoyed most! The outside door that served as the main entry from the street is locked and accessible by code--I felt very safe; was very close to the University do Porto and Clerigos Tower--was really nice to be situated in more of a residential area--I had just come from a more touristy area and it was much quieter and cleaner near As Vizinhas; the air conditioner was like new and worked very well! Had a remote controI :-) I loved it and will definitely try to stay here again!

I might suggest a floor lamp by the super cute little sofa to brighten up that dark corner :-). Can't think of anything else!

The flat was really well laid out. It wasn’t huge but didn’t feel cramped- very comfortable. It’s a bit weird with no reception but the staff were very quick to reply on WhatsApp. When I arrived I was worried that it would be noisy as it was so central but the street was very pleasantly quiet at night. It was a great base for exploring Porto! And appreciated the breakfast goods and the pastel de nata! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was excellent! Super tiny thing- might want to move the tv as I kept bumping into it. And who really needs a tv in Porto!

We could not believe how beautiful this place was and the location was INCREDIBLE!!!! Only minutes away from major sites but tucked away in a quiet street. Only one block away from the Livraria Lello & Torres dos Clerigos. So very clean. Modern and comfortable. We stayed in the studio. Great to have cooking facilities, a fridge and it was just so wonderful. The communication prior to our stay and during was fantastic. The place was easy to find and the self check in instructions, again very easy to follow. Be ready for the stairs. Highly recommend!!!!

The apartment no 2 was a good size , facing the street but it’s very quite and lovely . The bed was extremely comfortable. Little kitchenette with all needed amenities. On arrival there was a Breakfast basket that included 3 little jar of cereal , a jam jar , 6 eggs , bottle of Vinigar , 1 packet of spaghetti, 4 apples and 3 bananas . In the fridge a packet of ham and cheese . Milk carton , juice box , soya milk carton , 4 little sachets of butter and 6 plain yogurts . 5 coffee pods for the coffee machine and a few camomile tea bags . Apartment is very clean and nicely decorated .

There is no cable tv / sport channels. You need to login into your own Netflix / Amazon Prime account to watch anything . Water pressure in the shower is low .

Prime location and comfortable amenities to the hospitable owner and thoughtful gesture upon departure, overall this property left a lasting impression. The room itself was comfortable, the air conditioning unit in the room was efficient. One standout moment during my visit was the small sweet present I received from the owner upon departure. This thoughtful gesture added a personal touch and served as a delightful surprise. It demonstrated the owner's attention to detail and their commitment to creating a memorable experience for their guests.

Location is absolutely perfect from any possible angle. The whole building should be renovated recently and it is very pleasantly new and shining. Room is well designed and very comfortable, and you can enjoy welcome glass of wine in the nice quiet bar downstairs. All major places of interest are 5-10 min walk.

If you are traveling with heavy luggage, you do need to consider stairs, as there is no elevator (in this historical building)

Beautiful apartment - even with all those stairs :-). Loved the breakfast hamper and the hosts were so helpful and kind. Lovely comfortable beds and smart modern furnishings. Great position on a quiet , residential street with hood restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again. The wine bar by the front door was excellent too.

A lift would have been good but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger 😀

The stairs but that’s more about me than the property. The Aparthotel didn’t have a reception but that wasn’t really necessary. The owners made arrangements for the MJ to be available as required via WhatsApp and also a Video Camera in the entrance hall.
