Hotel was great staff excellent breakfast excellent location excellent the only thing I would complain about is the room wasn’t cleaned on the 2 nd day no fresh towels , but as soon as I rang down to reception it was sorted very quickly , but otherwise I was very impressed with everything and I would definitely stay there again , but would mention the cleaning of the room , I was late coming back on the nite and had to leave early next morning so didn’t get time to mention it , and I only like to say it , because the hotel was so good other wise it’s a pity .

Excellent location on the edge of the historic centre of Porto. Quick access by foot to all the key areas. Lovely staff. Clean rooms and facilities. Plenty of options at breakfast.

Their parking lot is rather small and when we arrived it was full. However we were able to find a space in the lot next door (which is actually cheaper) but the lady who checked in right after us was not as lucky as both lots were now full. The aircon is a bit too efficient at times. The temperature is hard to regulate. Even though there were two of us, we only got one keycard.

The hotel is very nice and cosy. Everything is new and modern. The location is great: not in the crowded city center but still close to the main attractions in a more calm neighborhood. Room was clean and air conditioner worked properly.

We arrived rather late, and were hungry, but there was no food in a mini bar. Room service was also not working after certain hour. Bathroom and bedroom are rather small. The main strange part was a see-through door of the bathroom. Basically you can see a person taking shower from the bedroom through a glass door. It was a bit strange knowing that we have requested two separate beds in advance which is a clear sign that we are not a couple traveling. And such bathroom set-up is not shown on any pictures of the hotel.

Great location, short walking distance into the city centre and only a few minutes walk from Trindade Station for the airport shuttle. Convenient, clean and well priced. I will stay here again if visiting Porto.

Minor detail, I was locked out of the hotel on the Thursday night around midnight. Possibly due to a shift change. My hotel card wasn’t recognised by the automatic door, which was locked. I had to wait around 5-10 minutes for staff to appear back at the reception desk before being let in.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is within walking distance, you can walk to the bridge in about 20-25 minutes, all other sights can be reached even faster. There is a supermarket right next door. The service from the receptionist was great, he explained a lot, gave us great tips and was super friendly. Also perfect that there was a secure parking space available. The hotel room was quite small in our case, but very clean and nice. We will be happy to come again. 😊

The location of the hotel is a little out of town up a steep hill but as the hotel is a lot cheaper and of a good standard, it is well worth the walk. The hotel itself is very clean and accessible. The check in was very easy and the staff were helpful.

The breakfast had a good selection although certain items ran out quickly and were very slowly replaced - if at all. Also, the bar area was not manned so if a drink was needed, you have to wait for the reception staff to finish what they are doing in order to serve you.

Staying at this hotel was a delight! Its prime location, just a stone's throw away from both metro and bus stations, makes exploring the city a breeze. The city center is also within a short, enjoyable walk. The staff was incredibly warm and the rooms were spotless.

The only minor downside? The breakfast selection could use a little boost, particularly the coffee. Overall, I'd highly recommend this charming hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Staff excellent. Breakfast very good. An easy walk into town if you are reasonably fit. Good selection of eating places within 5 minutes or so.

Road was a bit noisy at times. Although windows cut out most of it. Surprised window could be opened - on 5th floor! No info in rooms regarding facilities. Tea was replenished but not the milk. Chocolates appeared on some days but not on others.

there is only one thing I could complain about: The windows have a tiny little area that is always open for ventilation. This allows noise from outside and considering the central location of the hotel this can be a problem for light sleepers.

Great location just a 10 minute walk from all the sites. Staff were great so friendly and helpful. The guy when we checked in gave us a map and marked all the sites. Breakfast was lovely and great value. Room was lovely and clean. Everything we needed. Loved having the small fridge. Would definitely recommend here!
