The staff were excellent, always went above and beyond. My flight was delayed, and Lewis stayed until well after 2am to let me in with a smile and a glass of port. Also much credit to the airport transfer organised by the hostel for waiting in the airport for over an hour. Otherwise the hostel serves a great breakfast, is very clean, secure and perfect to meet other travellers.

The wine hostile located in a very nice part of Porto was close to all the attractions. The staff was very accommodating. They had greeted me with a glass of Port wine on the house and wine drinks and food, we’re available inside a very comfortable lounge with separate cooking if you wanted to do your own thing, plenty of showers available. The staff was constantly cleaning and making sure the guests were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hospital. Additionally, they stored my luggage while I was walking the Camino available to pick it up and stay with him again on my return. they do offers some extras like towels and locks, but the beds came complete with sheets and blankets

Great value for money. Excellent location. Clean. Friendly staff. Welcome wine. Locker and outlet by the bed. Squeaky beds and no curtains, which is quite uncomfortable and doesn't provide a sense of privacy. Excellent value for money. Prime location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Welcome drink. Locker and power outlet by the bed. However, the beds are squeaky, and the lack of curtains diminishes privacy and comfort.

We did enjoy our stay at the hostel. It's clean, the living room is friendly and the kitchen is well-equiped. The welcome portwine drink is a nice touch! The staff was very helpful. The place is cleaned. The shower drain was clogged, but was fixed when we came back a few weeks later, so the maintenance is done. Great wi-fi connection and great location, close to downtown and next to a lovely park. It's nice that they pay attention to the environment (real towels instead of paper, recycling, etc.).

The hostel was lovely, great value for price! The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, they give you a quick tour of the kitchen area and give you all the information you could need - it even comes with a Porto wine tasting to kick things off! The (private) room was tidy and comfortable, with an included bathroom and towels. You even get a coffee machine and capsules to brew it in the room if you'd like. There is also a radiator (which was a life saver since it was raining so much and we needed to dry the clothes) and a fan if you feel hot. It was a great stay overall!

The staff is very helpful and super polite. The hostel is very clean. Location is perfect. Although check out is at 11, we could stay in the common area of the hostel and use the facilities until we had to leave for our flight (we could leave our luggage too). For an extra 10€ they wash and dry your clothes.

My room and the hostel in general was beautiful! The staff - Marina, Louis and Diana - was very friendly, interested, talkative and felt after a few days like a little family. The possibility to have port wine (and other drinks) in the hostel for a reasonable price was a very cool option and I also liked the kitchen a lot, very well equipped. Next to the reception there is the chill out area with a balcony, very nicely decorated and invites to linger and socialize with other guests.

I liked everything! It's just noisy outside, in front of the hostel in the summer, because there are a few bars. Just saying, in case somebody has sleeping problems. But I fell asleep easily! The only thing I didn't like was my feather pillow, since the feathers sting sometimes.

Very friendly hosts!They took care of punctual and affordable private transfers, everything went smoothly, eventhough my flight got delayed. The port wine as a welcome drink during check-in process was very kind! The building is beautiful and the attention to detail regarding decoration is amazing. The location is perfect, next to Clerigos and a park, Livraria Lello is around the corner and Zenith (awesome breakfast/brunch) is also only 5 mins away. Coffee facilities in (private) room, kitchen-ware downstairs in the common areas. Many tipps regarding sightseeing etc. Would 100% recommend.

Since there are several bars/restaurants next doors, it definitely is noisy outside until about 2 a.m., so have your earplugs ready. The second night, there were young folks in front of the hostel screaming, singing, kicking stuff until past 4 a.m., this was very annoying, but absolutely no fault of the hostel, they weren't guests. It seems to be a university area and a hangout place, even on weekdays. The hostel itself was noisy at night only once, but it was ok and stopped before midnight. It's a hostel after all. Would ve been nicer though, if some had used the common area for their chats and not the hallways at nighttime. A TV/Radio , for at least private rooms, might be a suggestion, but that is just a minor point.

The location was fantastic, very central, and the park in the front was really pretty. The staff were excellent, super friendly and patient. They did extra to help me, as I forgot to mention that I am allergic to feather pillows and they got me a pillow without feathers for my allergies. The bar was awesome, great vibe and good prices!

The room could have been a bit more ventilated. It would have been better if the bathroom especially had better ventilation as this had to be shared between four people.

It is a wonderful hostel, so clean, spacious, perfect location, walking distance to all the main attractions, you can easily come back to rest and then return back to the city. I had a bathroom inside the room. It was so clean, they clean it every day. The kitchen is very spacious and nice. A common area around reception is also a bar where you can drink nice Porto wine. They also give you a welcoming wine tasting on the check-in. The staff is so wonderful, a Portuguese - Serbian couple who are the owners as well. I am from Serbia and was very pleasantly surprised to see that a Serbian girl is an owner. :) Thank you Marina and Luis for a perfect stay, I will come back for sure! :) They are very kind and put a lot of effort into the guest experience.

There is nothing even slightly bad about this hostel. I highly recommend it!!! :)
