The room was very clean, it had plenty of space, beautiful terrace with view of the street. The bathroom was big, with towels and body gel and shampoo. The room had a lot of light and the beds were comfortable. The location is really good and a lot of important monuments are close. The metro stations, bus stations, everything was really near the hotel. The staff were pleasant.

The breakfast was so small and didn't have the variety of food. The staff were putting only a small amount of everything and when someone would ask for more, they would put only a little more or would say that there is no more. If you come at the beginning of the breakfast, you can eat a little more (maybe the first half an hour).

We really liked the location, very close to a series of bar/restaurants and in also pretty close to the most important landmarks in Porto (just next to the hotel there's the Padaria Ribeiro...simply amazing). The breakfast was good but with pretty limited choice. The room was very clean and well maintained with a very good mattress. The shower big and awesome. Our room, despite facing a street, was very silent and quiet. If we will ever come back to Porto for sure we will consider to stay here again, we really liked it. Highly recommended.

In the bathroom there's no window and the ventilation system it was not properly working, in fact, after a couple of showers, the room was very steamy and humid, it's not a big deal but we had to keep the windows open for some minutes (annoying when it's cold outside). There's not a proper wardrobe but a rack to hang stuff and big drawers. As stated before, the choice for breakfast was very limited, just one option for sweet stuff and one for salty stuff (also yogurt and fruits), but overall it was good The guy at reception, in the morning, was not so welcoming and kind, not a good way to start the day...

Great location, close to lello and clerigos and many other attractions and restaurants, and near bus stops (easy access to and from airport or train station). Comfortable beds, very spacious and bright studio apartment.

The safe didn’t work. Also you have to ask the reception beforehand to change the towels or clean the apartment during the stay. The staff however did meet all our requests when asked and brought whatever we needed.

The most value of the properly is the location.

The property is inaccesible; to get to the reception and rooms their is only by several stairs and you have to carry your luggage thought these stairs; this is an importante detail that should be specified in advance, so it can be taken into account before booking, for example if you are traveling with a wheelchair or have some disabilities, or you have friends or family that are older adults. There is no other way to get to the reception and rooms!

I got an apartment and it was very clean and everything was like new. The location is very good, lots of restaurants and very close to several tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

My only observation is the staff should not be allowed to smoke right at the entrance. As we walked in the building, we inhaled smoke all the way to the main desk. Other than that everything was excellent.

We absolutely loved this little hotel! The location is almost hidden and our cabbie drove right by. Outside you'll find wonderful restaurants and bakeries where we enjoyed our dinners. We dined early, 1730 or 1800 but the restaurants were open and welcoming! No reservations needed and the food was excellent. For 2 we could get drinks and tapas for less than €25. Breakfast at the hotel was very nice with cereals, pastries, cheese and ham, yougurt, coffee and juice. We thought the location was ideal 100m or so to Livraria Lello! Read the description, there is no elevator.

After our 30 000 steps throughout the day an elevator would have been nice, but we knew this before we booked. We would definitely stay here again !

the room was comfortable, clean. Although we didnt need to the room had balcony that had doors that cpuld be opened both fully and also partically and could be secured in this manner. On very hot days or for veiwing very useful

lack of tea/ coffee facilities, no bedside lamps, only overhead spot light (not good when sgaring a room). Shower sprayed everywhere and surrounding space (tiled floor) very slippery consequently.

Excellent location, could easily walk everywhere. Staff were a bit shy but helpful when approached. We really shouldn't assume everyone is at ease speaking English. Everything very clean. Bathroom has wow factor. We had a cute little balcony overlooking the many cafés nearby. These cafes were noisy till very late at night but the windows blocked out a lot of this when closed.

Very spacious bathroom, and fancy shower but the glass screen was too narrow and the bathroom floor got wet and slippery. Despite having the lovely balcony doors that opened up, the room stayed very stuffy due to no air flow. We often had to step out onto the balcony for air and would be surprised at how cool it actually was outside.

The location is what drew us to stay here and it definitely was the highlight. It's within walking distance of Sao Bento train station, and it's right near lots of restaurants. The actual property is adequate - everything was clean, it was a nice place to crash and get a good night's sleep after your day, but no amenities that make it exceptional. If you're in search of place with lots of "extras", this place probably isn't that. We knew Porto would be a lot of walking and sight-seeing, so we were just looking for a nice place to relax after a long day. Breakfast was nice - breads, meat and cheese, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice. The staff were great - everyone was very helpful and accommodating.

The room itself was quite small - barely enough room to unfold our two carry-ons. As is with a lot of properties in Europe, the moisture control in the room wasn't great. The AC worked well and it always felt cool enough, but there was an underlying damp feeling for most of our stay.

Great location and spacious. Elevator in the building I stayed.

The apartment I stayed was right above the bars and restaurants and could get very noisy at night. But that is a tradeoff for staying in the area full of restaurants and sights. Many light bulbs in the light fixtures were out and the room was dingy at night. Mattress wasn’t comfortable.
