This hotel is very new and so everything is bright, clean and crisp. It was very hot when we arrived and the cool, spacious reception area was like an oasis! The staff were very helpful, although they weren't able to give us two rooms close together, so our two teenage kids got to spend a night of relative freedom away from their parents, but this felt like the kind of place where you didn't need to worry about a thing. It's a Holiday Inn room, so you probably know what to expect. Decent sized room, nice compact bathroom, simple kettle, a safe, a tv and pretty comfy bed. All good. The included breakfast was really good, very fresh and available from 6.30, which was great. We were going to Europa Land the next day and there is a bus-stop right outside the hotel, but be warned - most people are getting on the stop before at Ringsheim station, so when we got on the bus was packed (and we had two large suitcases) the driver kindly let us on anyway and didn't charge.

Bar prices were a bit steep but other than that nothing, it's a very nice hotel.

The hotel is 10min from Europa-Park and more or less one hour from both France and Switzerland. The room and hotel is super clean, really nice and friendly staff. Comfortable beds, really nice breakfast and great parking. There is even a gas station right next to the hotel. What’s not to like! Anja at the front desk was super helpful and friendly and even helped us when we wanted to stray an extra night. The breakfast team was always smiling and everything was stocked and super clean, making everything so much more enjoyable!

The hotel did have air conditioning but it could have been colder. Other than that everything was amazing!

Short distance by car/bus to Europapark, right beside a gas station. Lots of restaurants in the surroundings. Breakfast was good but missing fruits and scrambled eggs. Good shower. Overall ok for one night or two if you’re travelling on a budget.

My first room had lots of hair in the bed which made me think it was not supervised after “cleaning”. Even though the reception immediately changed me to another one, it made me felt a little bad as this was the only thing I requested: a clean room. There’s no mini-bar/fridge, if you want you need to buy it from the reception/gas station. I believe that at least bottled water should be provided. Heating was off so the room was a bit cold. They charge 5€ for the parking. Although it is not too much, it felt unnecessary given the fact that there’s parking spaces immediately around for free.

Connection to Europa-Park in the evening is very bad. Would be nice if they offered some sot of special transport option for special evening events in Europa Park. After going to Traumatica we didn't find any way to go back by public transport and had to walk for 1 hour under the rain. I understand it's not the hotel event, but would make the experience a lot more enjoyable for those that stay at the hotel to attend Europa Park's festivals.

The location of the property is close to Europa-Park and Switzerland, this is why we chose it. The room are not big, but did what was expected. Free parking, petrol station, supermarket and small Turkish restaurant with in walking distance. There is an outlet with in 45 min driving, ask the reception staff fir the location. The hotel reception and restaurant staff were the best I dealt with.

The room walls are thin, and you could hear the foot steps in the corridor. The breafast selection is limited. The bathroom amenities are out dated. The room cleaning need more attention because many times we found hair or dust on the beds.

Very good value for money Location: 5min walk from train station and bus stop to EuropaPark/Rulantica right in front of the hotel (buy tickets in bus, 5-10min ride to the entrance of the parks). very easy to reach. AC not easy to regulate (too warm but windows can be opened (quiet)) Location is not particularly charming but this is not the main reason to stay in this hotel

Friendly staff, loads of carpark space, plenty to choose from at breakfast time. The pastries in particular were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the room/bathroom was spacious. Shower gel provided too. On site bar has cheap prices, great beer called Rothaus. 24hr homemade pizza served too which was lovely. Special mention to Samule and Rebecca on the bar in the evening. Very friendly people, happy to speak to us in English and are a credit to the hotel. Vielen Dank guys!

I guess the only downside was the sound of building work early in the morning but that's not really the hotels fault and I'm nit-picking.

Quiet room even on the first floor, good breakfast, very good location - the bus stop for Europa Park is located right in front of the hotel, the train station is 5 minutes away, there is a supermarket in 2 minutes and couple of places to eat really close.

The room was a bit small and there was not many space to store bags and belongings of two persons, but the beds were great, the room was clean, and we also enjoyed the breakfast.

Our room was a bit noisy in the sense that the neighbors could be heard (from the floor above our room), but this did not bother us to a great extent.

Very good location, a good option for Europa park, good breakfast, comfortable rooms.

there was no restaurant option in the hotel when we arrive from the park. There was only one woman working and we had to go out and buy a pizza, but it´s ok, it was sunday night and the park just close in the same day, so the hotel was empty.
