Prices at a shisha bar are overpriced Dont order the Capuccino Coffee.

It is my first time staying in this particular hotel. The receptionist welcomed me and upgraded my room to panorama view. I liked the hospitality and the quality of the breakfast provided. Very welcoming and warm attitude.

I paid the insurance room money with credit card. I expected to receive the refund of the insurance money to my credit card within 10-20 weekdays. However, I reached out with them and they are currently working on it.

Courteous staff in general, food varierty at Teatro

I've made a request for the room location and I was promised twice that they will take care of it, but didn't happen and no explanation was provided by the receptionist. The hotel lacks facilities for kids, including the pool which designed mainly for adults. It seems that hotel caters for certain group of guests like flight attendants and business travellers, not the best for families. The walkway to Grenada center should have been opened long time ago especially that the hotel advertises that on its channel!

Breakfast was great with so lovely staff at the executive lounge. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Loved the rooms service and the follow up from the team and Ryouf. Great view of the room and space.

There was no king bed in the standard room. Eventhough i asked ahead for it during my booking. The reciption staff stated only the executive room had king bed which normally cost more money and i needed to pay extre just to have a king bed. If you could kindly consider having king beds in the standard rooms that would be great.

It was a lovely experience, comfortable beds, friendly staff and great views. The standard King guest room we booked is clean, although we thought it would be bigger as the name suggests but it suited us well.

The only thing that bothered us was the price of the buffet, paying 200/person for a buffet should include drinks and beverages but sadly it does not.
