It was a lovely offer to even be given a breakfast as the price was a great deal for the room already, I dont eat plain cheaper styles of food or processed eggs, I dont eat regular plain bread but I did appreciate having the tea in the morning, Im all about good quality and small portions of something delicious rather than all you can eat bulk, for example I would be happy with a good quality cheese and ham croissant and tea or a little fresh fruit like a quality grapefruit, so you see its me not you as I am not that style of a diner and I thank you for the option of even providing a breakfast in the first place to your guests that is very thoughtful.

If the pool temp was warmer we would have used it, maybe an incentive to stop off locally for breakfast or coffee at other businesses by partnering in promotions with those businesses and giving out a discount or incentive coupon to go there, of course they in turn promote your business too.

Rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were refreshed. The breakfast was good, with decent choices and variety. The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to Cross Iron mills as well as many good restaurant options within walking distance.

We woke up Saturday morning to no hot water for showers, had we been leaving that morning we would have been extremely upset. Thankfully by 1:00pm that day the hot water was restored.

Good selection for breakfast. Very clean from the pool area, hallways, stairway and even to the rooms.

Didn't like getting woke up to the sound semi truck backing up into COOP on the back side. Also website offers an option for a cot for the room, but we got a call the night before heading there that they don't carry any cots. So somebody had to share the bed LOL.

Felt very comfortable and homey at the comfort inn& suites.. staff were very friendly and courteous and helpful. Room was very comfortable.. pull out bed in BAD shape , a new mattress would go a long way

Breakfast was quite substandard ..juice from juice machine was like water. Could of used more help with breakfast when the hotel was very busy. Also.would have liked a hot tub.

King suite was incredibly spacious! Great value for the price.

Vending machine was sold out of almost every kind of drink. Lobby was a little small - if there was a line of more than one person waiting to check in or out, entering or exiting the hotel was difficult as you had to cut through the line.

The Manager and staff were very helpful. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was good and convenient. Coffee tea water 24 hours. Be careful booking through booking.com. If you want to change your reservation you have to go through them. Having said that. The staff helped us solve our problem very quickly. Very accommodating.

Booking.com. I was under the impression that it was just a booking site. However if you make changes you have to go through them to change anything.

staff for the most part were great. Breakfast attendant on Dec 27 was outstanding! The front desk clerk in the morning on the 27th was also very good. We had issues with our room & offered us a room across the hall so we moved.

First room was too hot and the night clerk on Dec. 26 tried to fix and failed. Also the toilet was plugged & he wouldn’t fix but gave us the plunger which was used to initially remedy however I know enough about toilet issues that something was stuck & needed a Roto-rooter. He said he would log a maintenance ticket for both issues but when I checked the next day I was told nothing was logged.

Liked the partition of king sized bedroom that my wife booked for my dad and I for the weekend. It’s like a room within a room. My dad got the king-size bed, a treat for him for Father’s Day as I doubt he had slept in a king-sized bed before, and I slept on the couch.

This hotel was in the perfect location. All the amenities within walking distance. The pool was lovely, beds and breakfast were fantastic. The staff were incredible. We can’t thank the ladies on the reception desk especially the ladies working the evening/night shift. Everyone could not of done more to help us or make our stay more comfortable. Thank you Comfort Inn. We will be back soon.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room temp was easy to control. Laundry facility was very convenient.

Breakfast doesn't include hot oatmeal anymore but everything else was as expected
