Easy to access the room from parking. Good breakfast with some, but limited gluten-free options restaurant chains need to do more to provide options for gluten free necessities.

Having a better way to contact one staff member with questions if you misplace something where you can double check their lost and found would be helpful. I have called several times and always get another person with difficulty in following up. Item was lost outside, not in the room to my knowledge.

(Disclaimer: I cannot speak about all rooms at this hotel) After reading all the negative reviews we knew what to expect, but we only needed a bed and a shower for 2 nights. But we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Very clean hotel entrance area, very friendly receptionist, very clean room, when we entered the room, it had a nice clean smell (not perfumed at all). We stayed in what it looked like a renovated room, modern look, new tiles in the shower and new bathtub and I think new water saving toilet. Just the walls seemed to have been missed in the renovation as they looked like they were from the 80s. Shower pressure for the morning shower was awesome. Continental breakfast was great and we used real metal cutlery and real plates. Breakfast items were constantly refilled by a staff member. The hotel is steps from the highway with heavy traffic, but the new double pane windows in our room provided some noise relief. So if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep this hotel is not for you. You will always hear the highway traffic.

Nothing, all in all a very pleasant stay and we were worried for nothing. This Super 8 isn’t as bad as it is reflected in the negative reviews.

Pretty good value for Kelowna in summer. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, although not extensiive. Room was clean, and stuff was in good working order. Wifi strong and reliable. Bed was very comfortable!

Felt crowded. Hard to stay out of other guests' way. Neighborhood had little to recommend itself either esthetically or in terms of nearby services and attractions. Reception tone was more officious and businesslike than warm and welcoming. Unit, at least ours, was on the small side. A/C was set for loud, noisy and strong airflow. Ended up unplugging it.

Breakfast was good, with variety. The fixtures in the bathroom were new and clean. The entire room was spacious and immaculately clean. The bed offered excellent comfort. The staff, Maria, on eve shift and the young woman on day shift, went out of their way to accommodate us.

That recyclable breakfast containers, paper and compost were not separated for recycling

Well managed hotel in a good location of Kelowna. Very easy to access from the main highway. Lots of parking. It has swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good.

Please consider increasing the available time for breakfast, especially during weekend. A few hot breakfast items would be good additions. In our first night we found the bathtub was not draining water. We let the front desk know and it was fixed quickly.

Clean , good value, breakfast OK, quiet.

Additional $100 deposit taken. Not mentioned on booking.com nor at check-in. Discovered this on checking credit card statement. Sneaky practice handled in a sneaky way. Still waiting for this deposit to be returned. Room was quite small. Two beds, but it would have been a very tight fit for two guests.

We loved this place. The moment we walked in the door, it just smelled so clean and fresh! The bed was comfy, the deep tub was a welcome treat after a day on the road, loved having our own entrance so we could park our car close, they room had so much lighting (warm light lamps and a cool ceiling light). The man that checked us in (maybe his name was Terry? He had glasses and lived in Winnipeg for a while) was super friendly and accommodated a request we made for our room. The night before this we didn’t have a great stay at a different hotel so this was a very welcome treat! Loved it!

Room was well appointed and clean. Bed was comfortable with extra pillows. Soft water and liquid soap.

No designated smoking area. Tight/Narrow parking stalls. Fridge was quite small with tiny freezer (we like to re-freeze a couple of small water bottles each day for our travel cooler). No early check in.

I was quite impressed with the room. The bed was close to firm, the linens were white and crisp, towels big enough to exit bath covered, bathroom clean, nice desk to work at, good internet, and excellent bedside clock-outlets/USB thingy, so no hunting around for wall outlets. The "continental" breakfast was ok, basic. The staff were very nice.

It was odd for a nice place with good amenities otherwise, to provide totally shabby TP. It shreds with the least moisture... no one likes TP that self destructs on contact. Also, this Super 8 is located on a busy road, until past midnight, and already by 5am back busy again. So constant traffic noise, but the Super 8 can't really fix that.

The people/attendants are friendly and pleasant. It is obvious they like their jobs. As a customer, good service makes for a pleasant stay. We don’t spend a lot of time in a room so we don’t look for anything over the top. Having said that, This super 8 is very comfortable and feels clean considering many people stay in each room over and over again. Aesthetics is reasonable and the updated plugin and device ports are appreciated. Love the fridge and microwave! Thank you. We’ll be back.

A little more soap and shampoo would be nice. Perhaps real coffee cream could sit in the fridge rather than coffee mate. Would like to have more variety of fruit at breakfast. And the coffee could be more memorable - its not the best but certainly acceptable..
