The breakfast counter could be laid out better, so more space for each station. There could be better guidelines on how to use the waffle machine, more than one guest was confused. The staff were friendly but the kitchen crew where quite visibly annoyed at the disorganisation of the guests in the breakfast area. This I did not think was the guests fault, for reasons stated previously. It was also very busy at breakfast time and there was some difficulty with getting seating. Perhaps having one person in the dinning area to help see over tables, and inform guests where to start getting breakfast would help during busy periods. The lemon water in the lobby was a nice touch.

The swimming area was fantastic my kids loved it! The slide was very fast though, and even though my six year old was the correct height he did bang his head on the slide. Also my 10 year old did not read the rules nor did I before going down the slide, but he shot out so fast head first he hit the ground of the pool. Although this is epic fun to go fast, it is not so fun to bang your head. I take full responsibility that my 10 year old should have read the rules and abided by them but perhaps during reception check-in, those with kids should be informed by your staff to pay attention to the rules of the water slide as it is super fast!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended!

While my stay at this hotel had its positive aspects, I must also mention a few drawbacks. The showers by the pool were unfortunately not functional during my visit, which was a disappointment. Additionally, the lack of daily housekeeping or room cleaning unless requested was a bit inconvenient. Furthermore, the comfort of the sofa bed left much to be desired. Despite these issues, the friendly staff, good breakfast, and great location were still notable highlights of the stay.

This review is part of a big road trip we planned around British Columbia and Alberta – flying in from Australia and renting a car, for the trip of our lifetime so far. We put a huge amount of time, energy and expense in planning the whole trip. As Aussies, we just want to say Canada is amazing. Just beautiful. It was worth every bit of planning and expense we put it into for so very long. Be proud Canada – what a beautiful place you live in! So, in that context, here is this review: The room was spacious, comfortable and clean - modern, minimalist and functional. If it lacked anything, it lacked something of a more "homely" feeling, after all paper cups are a bit ordinary! The inclusive breakfast was good.

Just a little too clinical - could be a bit more cosy. Staff could be a little less stiff too.

The service right from check in to check.out were top notch. We stayed for 4 nights and though they didn't clean our room, they have extra towels when we asked and the housekeepers would knock on our door to see if we needed anything else at the end of their shift. Good service is hard to find these days and I would definitely come back here because of the service.

The pool was too cold. The sofa bed mattress was so uncomfortable that we ended up putting 3 people in the bed and one person slept on the couch. There was no.way that sofa bed could be used.

The breakfast options were amazing. Staff kept stuff stocked and fresh. The staff were absolutely amazing! Very clean room, very clean pool, very clean all in all. Beds were very comfortable and our room comfortably accommodated 6 of us.

The ONLY complaint I have was when the gentleman who maintains the pool came to us blaming us for turning off the water slide (we had watched 2 kids earlier that morning turn the slide off while they swam). We explained this to the man that it wasn't our kids and we had watched 2 kids do it earlier. He refused to listen and kept telling us it was us. It was very off putting.

The location was good, everything from the friendly front desk staff to the clean spacious room to the free breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfy with a great selection of pillows to choose from. Loved the bathroom with a shower stall instead of stepping into a tub/shower combo.

The only small complaint is you need to pay close attention to the road that goes to the hotel, it’s kinda of hidden behind the auto dealership.

Everything was great! Staff were all very helpful, professional and friendly at all times. Check in was straightforward. The property was also able to assist me with my reservation booking. Hotel is very welcoming. Complimentary coffee, tea and water available in the lobby as you enter. Lots of parking (but small spots). Love the pool and towel service. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent location if you have access to a vehicle. Can walk to some stores within 5-10mins.

I thought our room had two queen beds but we had two double beds. It was a little tight for 2 people. But it was fine for one night. Not complaining, just saying, the pool was smaller than anticipated but still great overall. Not the best location if you are looking to walk to places as the hotel is on a major, very busy road. There was an oversight when I checked out. My room was charged to my credit card. I specifically asked the front staff and was told a note was put under my account. I do believe this was done and it was just an error on the system. Not a deal breaker but kind of annoying.

Excellent, friendly staff. They were very flexible and very insistent on wanting to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our stay. Pool was so much fun, and complimentary breakfast was very good. This is one of those rare gems that ticks all the boxes for what we expect in a hotel experience.

Wish we could have had more scrambled eggs on the last day. I know it is very hard for the lovely chef to cater to all our needs, so this was just more of an 'awe shucks' moment than an issue. She was so friendly and accommodating, and made our stay even more pleasant.

Location was great, we didn’t have breakfast but the selection sounded nice.

There was a bit of a mixup at the front desk with rooms. We had a guest attempting to enter our room just after midnight. The desk agent came to our room, asking who we were to help clear up the mixup. She then called our room from the front desk apologizing for the mess that had been made when we had checked in.

We absolutely love the pool and enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night. Hoping to be able to stay longer next time. Can't wait to come back. Thank you!

The only downside is they should have a time for the pool to be open for adults only. They close it too early, they should leave it open for adults in the evening
