My only concern is that unfortunately, ONLY PORK is served in the breakfast, which does not consider the vlues and religious traditions of many people like myself who does not eat pork. I discussed this with the front desk employee who politely responded to me that although he agrees with me, but tht is the corporates's policy. In my many many travels, this is the only hotel that I found serves only pork, you know pork is disgusting for many and religiously prohibited for many, so why comfort is insisting to use only pork, because it is cheap?? being very cheap is enough to rethink about it. I hope the corporate makes its breakfast more diverse by providing chicken, for example.

pleasant front desk staff. close to home. just glad we got a booking last min. we lost power. likes the fridge and microwave. maid was nice. other guest mostly seniors very nice. room clean

trash cans full and over flowing along covered walkway. one by our room was knocked over and trash spilling out along walk to grass in back. 7-10 am the breakfast ran out of eggs and hash browns and fruit. took a while to restock. there was a creepy guy smoking and drinking beer out front of the room. tossing butts on ground. but staff has no Controle of that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a refrigerator , microwave and coffee maker. It was also quiet and had a good air conditioner. The free breakfast was surprisingly good and had more than I expected.

The room and facility are showing wear and tear. Wall paper is pealing and it could use some touching up in general. However, we were able to overlook these shortcomings.

Everything, from the friendliness of the front desk folks to the quietness of the rooms, to their comfort level. All was excellent!

When I typed in my reservation that I would ideally like a couple of things, and the people at the front desk not only don't know a thing about that, but seem to have no record of it, and I have to ask again, what's the point of asking for something on my reservation? Is that booking.com or Comfort Inn's doing?

I chose this place because it was fairly close to Stanford Hospital, only a few miles away. The room was very clean and comfortable. All the little toiletries were there. Lots of pillows. Towels were thick and fluffy. Many choices for breakfast. I used the refrigerator and microwave a few times. I stayed for 4 nights and the price was below what I paid for lesser places.

The only issue I didn't like was finding the entrance. A little difficult to see because the sign was at sidewalk level.

This is a budget hotel but knew that when I booked. As out sightseeing all day I just wanted a bed and some breakfast. This delivered. Very clean. Excellent staff. Yeah it’s dated but it was clean and suited me. Breakfast more than enough. Have booked to stay again at the end of my holiday.

The location and value were great. the staff were very friendly and professional. breakfast how awesome was that!

there was a bug in the bathroom and the wall papering in the sink area was patched and uninviting to the eyes while trying to brush your teeth etc. I did take pictures but its not necessary to send them.

Desk clerk at checkout was fabulous. He was nice and I deeply appreciated the fact that he wore a mask. None of the guests milling about touching the display cases wore a mask.

One side of the king sized mattress sagged terribly and my husband’s back hurt from it all night—my side was blissful. Suggest you flip and rotate your mattress’ far more frequently.

Very comfortable bed and lots of pillows. The towels in the bathroom were nice and thick. The light fixtures and nightstands were nice.

I'd wish they would remove carpeting. The sitting chair needs to be replaced. Way to soft and I sunk too much.
