The room was large and perfect for our family. All of the staff was friendly. They greet you walking the halls with a smile. They have an in house restaurant that made breakfast and dinner much easier. The pool and hot tub area was great. Hardly anyone there. In our week long stay, i heard anther guest in our room 1 time.(thru the ceiling, kids running) The walls are very well insulated for sound.

The carpet was stained which gave a sense of dirty even though it was clean. They were slow to fulfill requests (pillows, towels, etc. ) but it's post pandemic so they're probably understaffed. It was on the more expensive side for us and didn't really feel worth the extra money spent (but I'm really cheap) No room service from the restaurant. You had to go pick it up.

I loved the location right off the freeway and close activities for my kids. Staff was nice and facility was clean and bigger then i though. Our room came with a kitchenettewich was happy surprise. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

I did not like the hidden fees at all! 1st a $100 deposit fee/ refundable of course but wasn't expecting that and it came out of the $ I brought to take my family out. And 2cnd They charge $10 to park in there own parking lot 🤨 that I did not like.

I like that there was no hassle at check in. I booked through booking.com and I didn't get there until midnight. The gentleman behind the desk was very fast and efficient. He informed me of all the great amenities they had to offer. Very pleased with the service and my room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for the great service and room. I didn't like the fact I had to leave early in the morning for work. That's not holidays inn fault though. I should have called in sick. Lol

I loved the size of the room. It was very spacious and the queen beds were comfortable, the kitchenette area was great and bathroom as well. It was the best hotel we stayed in in Southern California. Thank you! Also, I loved having the restaurant right there in the hotel, and made it so easy to have a nice breakfast before we left. The food was also delicious.

Room was clean and basically quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Getting into the elevator to find a small woman trying to control a large barking dog. Barking, growling, dogs every the elevator door opened was not a pleasant experience. In the future we will look for a NOT pet friendly facility. Also booking.com did not mention the $10 a day parking fee

The restaurant needs more items on their menu. Price isn’t worth it. We tried breakfast and the rest of our days ate somewhere else. The jacuzzi didn’t work well either. It was nice and hot but not bubble action at all.

The staff at night were excellent and cheerful. The staff in the morning were okay. The white lady with glasses was very rude. our fridge didn’t work and the housekeepers knocked everyday to ask if we were checking out the hotel. We stayed for 3 days. we’re obviously stay overs.

Our room was very large. We were not expecting that. It had a full kitchen and that was a great bonus. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was very, very good. Service was excellent. We will definitely be staying there again.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, there was a nice pool outside, staff super friendly, and we were given a voucher which covered a superb breakfast. Great waffles with fruit and cream!

You have to pay for parking now. It's kinda greedy to make your guest pay for parking at their hotel. We didn't have cable the whole time. Tv wasn't working.
