This is such a beautifully designed property. We love the rooms and the amenities.

We were disappointed that the pool was cordoned off and unavailable all weekend without much of an explanation. The weather was hot and we had looked forward to using it in the afternoon. Also, as with our previous stay, we find the quality of the breakfast to be acceptable, but the service is very slow. Ig would be helpful if some items, like the packaged baked goods and small yogurts, could be put out in the dining room and available for folks to pick up on their own rather than needing to stand in line while people order pancakes, eggs, etc. that must be prepared and served individually.

Breakfast was great! Location was beautiful. Enjoyed walking around where the shops are. Coffee shop just walking distance (if you want fancy coffee, otherwise there’s plenty of coffee in the hotel). Rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean! The dogs enjoyed the balcony so they could keep watch 😆!

Very difficult to find a place for our dogs to “go.” There was more area across the street by the creek but when you’re just waking up and still in your pajamas, it’s nice to have the convenience to be able to take them on the property. I could tell other dog owners were having difficulty finding spots. Dogs don’t prefer mulch and usually go on grass. Surprising for a spot that is dog-friendly. We made it work, but that was the one takeaway… otherwise no complaints.

Wonderful location, nice cafes/breakfast places/bakery in walking distance. Clean and quiet room, quiet-ish A/C, large enough mini refrigirator, and even a microwave. The coffee/tea station at the reception were actually useful (unlike many other places). (Note: we did not check the breakfast so cannot comment on that). Wifi was good enough for streaming video.

Beds were not very comfortable. Compared with the rest of the room & facilities, they definitely need to improve the beds. Especially for those room prices.

The location is great. The Agrarian is walkable to restaurants and shops. It is also a short drive to the beach. They also allow dogs to stay and they do not have carpet in the room. While we love our dog, we are also allergic to other breeds. So the non-carpet is great as they can easily clean up any dander or fur from the room. The bed is very comfortable as well. Our backs are pretty picky about mattresses and they have the 'Goldilocks' for us...not too hard, not too soft.

Great location near restaurants and shops without major traffic noise. Great design with tall ceilings and large rooms. Happy hour was a nice addition in very nice lobby. Breakfast was an order up bar with standard menu. Room has a nice balcony. This was our favorite accomodations from our five day getaway. Lights were on dimmer and there were good side reading lights. I also like comfortable chairs so you don't have to sit in bed.

The only design flaw was the rain shower and valve location. Rain cap was available.

Everything was and always is amazing at The Agrarian! The rooms we have gotten are always spotless, comfortable, and beautiful. My partner and I always find ourselves coming back due to that, the wonderful employees, and the yummy breakfast! We have stayed there about 6 times now, and two of those times we have extended our stay. Easily was and will always be our favorite hotel to stay at.

Lovely and convenient room. Lots of drawer and closet space for a longer visit. Plenty of counter space. Well located and plentiful outlets and ports for charging. Comfy bed and linens. A big plus was how delightful the shops and restaurants are on the block.

Would prefer more segregation between areas that allow pets and those that don't. For example, I would prefer no pets in breakfast room and wing or floor for for pet-free guests.

We found the staff to be very sweet and over-the-top accommodating, and we didn’t ask for much or have a ton of questions. The property was immaculate. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Comfy mattress, gleaming tub (which is important to me), nice to have a fridge and microwave. My daughter only wants to stay at a hotel if it offers free hot breakfast, and they didn’t disappoint. She especially liked the sausage. I liked the cute yogurt parfait the cook makes you to-order. Nice that we could take it to our room, rather than sit out with others with our masks off. Definitely not a run down and dirty hotel, especially for one that is pet-friendly. There were no lingering odors in our room; probably helped by the hardwood floors. It felt brand new.

Well, after a long trip, our Bella refused to pee. We don’t have proof, but we wonder if they put down something to prevent their property smelling like a shelter. I would have loved a grassy dog run somewhere to accommodate her and directions where to find it. We took her to a park that was a little ways down the street, though. I also thought a $40 pet fee, not listed on the website, was a little steep.

Excellent staff - very friendly and helpful. Very large rooms with comfortable beds. Restaurants and a small store in walking distance. Strong WiFi and ample outlets for computer, phone etc. Relaxing jacuzzi, just the right temperature.

Rather than a fridge, the room had what was basically a wine cooler. OK for storage, but don't expect drinks to be cold. Luckily, ice machines are readily available.

The bed was super comfy. Eric, the gentlemen at the front desk was so very friendly. It was lovely to talk to someone pleasant after a long day of driving. I loved my room however I wish it was closer to the front. I didnt get breakfast because it was the furthest room and I didn't know that I would be able to get there and back without being in too much pain as I'm disabled.

The only thing I missed was the breakfast but that was my choice. I requested a room near the elevator or 1st floor or handicapped if at all possible. I was completely fine with my room just not the location of it when it came breakfast time. It was just too far to do for me.
