Facility manager was patient, understanding and very professional. Booking.com was not accommodating and very unprofessional. I will never use Booking.com ever again!

I hated the interaction with Booking.com. The first night was a horror. There was mold in the bathroom, bugs every where, and I spent the entire night/next morning having multiple asthma attacks. I checked in after 11:30pm but was charged for the entire day, the first day should have been prorated because of the inconvenience of the room and the time I checked in. But Booking.com just lost a great customer. I will never use your service again!

This is a small hotel (do not expect a generous entry lobby - it doesn't exist), but it provides privacy and a kind of family feeling. The rooms have everything you need, plus a kitchen part (microwave heating and defrosting). I had a single room, clean and modern. The staff is absolutely supportive in whatever you need. The daily cleaning staff is quick and friendly (for communication pls speak Spanish). If you pay attention in what the do and show respect, they go the extra service mile for you.

There is no breakfast service at all, but you have a coffee brewing machine. No hotel dining. Please bring your foodstuff along. Otherwise you have a supermarket in 6-8 mins walking distance. Parking is possible at a nearby public car park building. For overnight parking, expect a fee of 15$ (fees differ according to the parking time).

The staff was amazing!!! Always willing to help, even in the rain! The maid service made you feel at home, and the office staff was always there to make things better! We were very happy!!!

The people above us very heavy walkers, starting early in the morning. It is not the hotel's fault, but that was the only company we could feel solid about.

The setup and location was very nice it was spacious love the fact that my family was able to fit comfortably and the kitchen was extremely spacious although I did not cook there I was able to place fresh fruits and fresh flowers on the tables and counters the market and shops are within walking distance there is a pull out bed so my daughters were able to move the bed from the bedroom into the large room and have family time while watching TV there was plenty of closet space and the bathroom was quite cute and sufficient for our needs especially coming home from the beach everyday I enjoyed the stay and we may try it again to see this maybe our new home away from home during the summer months

Location was close to Lincoln street with shops and restaurants. The beach was a bit further but still at walking distance. Trader Joe's and Publix close by. Having the kitchen and living room is very nice to be together as a family. The patio is nice for the morning coffee. The property owns four bikes to use for free. The staff is very nice.

The second matrass under the twin bed was bad quality. The top matrass was good and the queen bed was good as well. The sofa bed in the living room was pretty good for a sofa bed.

Walkable to most area restaurants and Supercon at the Miami Convention Center. Sparkling and flat water was provided at no charge and our room had a full size kitchen that included everything you needed to cook a meal.

They take a $200 deposit on the room for incidentals that wasn’t disclosed when we booked it. That’s a little higher than most hotels but this was Miami Beach so that might be why. It was refunded pretty quickly after check out.

Location is the the thing that really makes this place exceptional. It's 5 minutes walk to the Lincoln Rd, and 15 minutes walk to the beach. It's perfect for exploring Miami Beach and convenient to get to the downtown. They provide complimentary coffee, which is great when you wake up and just need a kick to wake you up.

They charge $35/day for a parking spot even though parking garage across the street charges $20. They initially provided only one towel, even though there were 3 registered guests.

I LIVED the ensuite Lau dry! We were only in for one night and I was able to wash all the clothes for my 4 kids and save money on our road trip! Also THERE IS A FULL KITCHEN. 😱

The door on the washer dryer area was SUPER tight, and I think a previous Tennant broke the frame and put it back without telling maintainance. That was a safety concern with the 4 kids, but everything else was impeccable!

great location, and the philosophy of the hotel is awesome, the independence the apartments here are the best. and having complementary bikes in the property was a real add-on

noisy room, the street is noisy and you hear all: lawn mowers, traffic, trash trucks, vacuum cleaner…. our room doesn’t have the main room tv set working, neither the drier, that was a pain… we informed the personnel and they couldn’t fix them during our stay.

Good located, close to centre, clean rooms, regular cleaning, free usage of bikes, free coffee, free laundry, nice garden

Staff was a bit unflexible when it came to solving problems and they not always delivered even what they promised. Certain rooms are noisy in the streetfront. Bikes are free to use, however, in terrible condition. They didn't see any maintanance for a while, actually, they could be dangerous in edgy traffic situations.
