The price I paid was less than expected by far! The young woman at the front desk was my only encounter with the staff, and she was phenomenal, impressive, and enough that I would recommend the Gabriel to all of my travel clients!

There was nothing I did not like. I suppose checking out was not my favorite part but at 11 o’clock check out was great if it had to be done. I would still be there for my one single night if I hadn’t had to check out.

Great hotel if leaving for a cruise the next day. Close to the port, bayside market, etc. Free shuttle to south beach, or affordable Ubers to other areas in Miami. Customer service was excellent from the moment we arrived, and our room (by the pool area) was spacious and big. The hotel is modern, clean, and everything else was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Not enough to deter us from staying here again, but the beds are extremely soft (we like a more firm mattress).

The hotel is located very conveniently. It is right across a great park, great museums and very close to concert hall. It is walking distance to the Marina, which offers a wide range of shopping and dining options. The room was nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and upgraded our hotel room to a one with a sea view for a fraction of the price. Although we had some minor issues during our stay, the staff was proactive about solving them and making up to us to improve our experience. Also, the roof terrace has a great view - a must see.

The issues we had during our stay were solved quickly. As the hotel is located right next to a very busy highway, there is always a bit of traffic noise around when the windows are open, but I guess that can be avoided by keeping the balcony door closed.

The location was perfect , 12 minutes away from the airport & across the Arena , Bayside , Cruises terminal . all walking distance . The views from the room are great ,& the room was big & confortable. The pool is great for a sunny Sunday chill day & the views are amazing .

a bit slow service in bfast room . For a 5 * , Sunday morning , few clients , staff very slow . it took me over 1 hour to get a cafe latte with oat milk as apparently there was none . (which is not for a standard of a 5*) . after another client asked for it and he got it . I understood they hadn’t found it before or went to get it but would have been nice to be told. High price for the bfast (didn’t like the credit system )

I paid via Booking. com and did not get the room with I expected as described by the pictures. Breakfast was a complimentry fruit salad and I had to pay extra for cookrd breakfast. Despite paying Booking.com in advance.

we loved the pools and fitness center. the room was great as well.

the elevator to the 15th floor never worked so we always had to take stairs from 14. there wasn’t anywhere to park so we had to pay for valet.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very safe, felt secure in hotel and surrounding area. Room and amenities were clean and very nice. Enjoyed the pool. Able to book city tour with concierge Jane- very informative, gave great insight to where to go in the city. Hotel has a great location in downtown, near museums, Bayside marketplace and local train service to get around.

Room service took a long time to connect. Very hard to get on the phone. Had to call many times before getting through. While food was good, very expensive! Floor layout a little confusing, but you learn it quickly. Follow the signs!

The property was good, pool was right in front of my room. The room was huge and the hotel staff were extremely nice!

All areas of the hotel were nice and clean but the room cleaning could do with more help. The booking.com rates did not match with the hotel rates but the hotel staff did everything to correct the errors.

Room was luxurious and beautiful! Room had city view, which was very nice. Everything was super close. Restaurants, shopping areas, and many fun things to do, as well. Valet parking. All staff very friendly and helpful. Great customer service! Hotel also has gym, pool, jacuzzi and many other things available for stay.

Pool had too much chlorine. Eyes were super irritated and burning. Ended up with headache and red eyes. But over all pool area had very nice view!
