EVERYTHING! From the moment we arrived the first impression was WOW, the lobby smelled clean, the floors were spotless, the front desk girl Brianna was exceptionally professional, accommodating and went over and above to assist us. Brianna didn’t have a information that we’d asked about a place we’d asked, so she made it a pint to find out for us and called the room to let us know the answer. I thought she’d forgotten, but that wasn’t the case. The hotel manager was there one evening because another employee was out, he greeted us in a friendly manner and asked if all was well or if we needed anything. As far as the overall facility, clean, the room was spotless, nothing broken, no musty smell at all! The room had a coffeemaker in it but there was also fresh coffee, hot water and with sufficient ingredients (cream/sugar) in the lobby at all times 24/7. The breakfast was a small buffet type with hot food and although didn’t have a ton of things to choose from, had proteins, carbs, juices, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and fruit. The food was always fresh and the lady managing the buffet made sure it was clean and well kept at all time. Our bed sheets were clean and didn’t have the usual industrial detergent smell that I’ve encounter I. other hotel stays. The area felt very safe, close to highway, plenty of places to have dinner close by.

The beds were quite stiff, one more than the other. The one that was stiffer was very hard to sleep on and gave my aunt severe hip pain. We switched at the 3rd night and then I had trouble walking straight from the pain.

We liked everything about the location, the park lot was lit up with lights at night time and that made us feel very safe and comfortable. Our room was on the first floor like I asked them because I'm disabled and that was awesome. Our room was very clean, roomy and we had a lot of room to move around comfortably. We enjoyed breakfast too.

We didn't have any complaints. We enjoyed our stay and we plan on coming back. So thank you all and the staff were great too.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great and so was the gym area and the pool. The staff was really helpful when looking for places. They have coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby. The ice cold water with the orange slices is great after a workout in the gym.

I had to ask for towels and we didn't get a actual cleaning everyday. It was I think every other day. We had to make our own beds daily. When there's four of you taking showers you use all the towels that day, it needs to be refilled. I did have to ask for clean towels. It was no major problem. We did have an excessive amount of noise from our upstairs neighbors. It sounded like they were running and jumping a lot the whole time that we were in the room.

When I first walked in the hotel, the smell was breathtaking. I have never smelled an air freshener that smelled so good. It made the hotel smell so clean. The lobby is very nice. All of the staff is friendly and personable. There is a variety of hot and cold breakfast food and beverages. I feel safe there. I went to a Quality Inn hotel in Decatur prior coming to Best Western Plus and my car window was broken twice. I had no problems at Best Western Plus.

I would say that it's time for new carpet in the room

The hotel was very nice. It was very clean. I loved that it had a great laundry room. The breakfast was good and had a good variety.

We paid for a sofa bed but there was no bedding. We called 3 times for the bedding and was told that they would be right to us. The 3rd time,at 11:30 pm, they told us we had to come to the desk to get the bedding.

We were a big fan of the customer service. The staff was amazing. I don't remember their names but the two African-American women who worked the front counter really went above and beyond and my wife and I truly appreciate them.

Maintenance in the room could've been better. The bathtub didn't have a stopper and the mini fridge did not work at all. But those are our only complaints.

We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the property, and the location which was convenient to our planned activities during our stay.

The only negative during our stay was the height of the beds in the room. As someone who is a tad under five feet tall, climbing in and out of the bed, which seemed almost as tall as I am, was a significant challenge!!!

I have stayed there in numerous occasions. I requested a room on the main level due to my husband’s disability of walking. I was told animals have That preference and they are house on the main level .I have stayed on the main level previously without animals. So now a animal has priority over a human being not able to walk that is a United States veteran.That’s sad

Breakfast was ok. Orange juice was really watered down. I have had better.

Eggs were bland, Sausage was not great either. only 1 choice of bagel. It was raisin (i think) hard to tell the seats felt like I was on the floor. They need some springs added.

No carpet in room = clean. Also the large shower. Loved the pool!!! The friendly staff were great.

Didn’t like the shower shelf removed. No where to place my personal products. Also every hotel does it (not sure why), the curtains hang in the air flow of the A/C unit. Move the curtains up 2-3” and they will cover the window and allow full air flow.
