I have stayed at this property numerous times throughout the years and I was totally surprised this time. The room was in excellent shape. The bed was comfortable. It had been redone and I was impressed. It was so clean and smelled clean. The outside was clean and I could tell they had taken time to have a good outside impression. It is an old motel but with the new owners many changes have been made. The motel has new owners and they are taking pride in their business. I will definitely stay again.

Location was great. It was only room available in entire city for Labor Day weekend. Staff was nice and friendly.

Was very pricey for quality of room. Very run down bathroom-needed heavy cleaning. Outside noise and from adjoining room was horrible. Woken up at 5:50am by child crying outside and door slamming in adjacent room . Parking was a little difficult bc of narrow spaces.

If I had anything not to like just the rooms being right next to each other but other than that again they were a great staff and a manager is a very friendly reasonable man and is very nice to his guess thank customers thank you Travelodge of Ruidoso I will be back and soon because I am moving and trying to find a new apartment and the overall experience I had and the cooperation of the manager I am going to see if I can get a room for a week or two at a good reasonable price like Travelodge always offers thank you again David C.

Nextdoor they were fighting every nite. Also the restaurant crew was very noisy late at nite woke me up

It was great and it was on location to everything we wanted , also close the Race Track to go see the Concert ! Also the retails store were walking distance. I Love It even my friend and pet love it !!!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!

If they would have the jazzier open but the swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ was great !

The hotel room was very clean & the beds were very comfortable. The location if it doesn't bother you is behind a restaurant and their trash bins are right in front of the hotel not an appealing site but you don't sleep outside so in the room was nice. We really liked the laminate wood-looking floors and that they accommodated our dog with no problem. I would have given an excellent score (10) but the bathroom door did not close, even if you pushed it shut it would not stay closed and the shower was very weak but the bathtub was very clean. It's on the outskirts of town but we chose the location because it was really close to the casino we like and actually we walked to the steak house that was in front of the hotel and it was really delicious! Overall great hotel for the budget-minded!

Make the bathroom door close all the way.

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. From the outside it looks a little sketchy, I wasn’t sure what to expect . I was nicely surprised that the room was pretty well updated and very comfortable.

The location and the free breakfast was great. Very friendly staff. Came in the morning and asked if we needed anything.

The neighbors sounded like they were pounding on the wall at times. Parking was a bit hard when you're in a room on the steakhouse side.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly.

We chose it for the pool and jacuzzi. However, the pool was really cold and the jacuzzi was broken.
