The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the facilities were great (we did 2 loads of laundry and used the dryers for only $5!), the location was very near lots of shops (although I wouldn't walk around at night as a woman) and overall the value for money was exceptional! Would definitely stay again!

The area around the hotel is a bit sketchy/near a bypass and the gym was quite basic.

Beds were comfortable. Rooms have been updated and refreshed. Breakfast is decent with good selections. Staff was friendly, helpful and cordial.

The window lock was broken. Shower/stool area is tight. We needed side chairs for extra seating. A TV channel roster would be helpful. Pool needed to be swept for bugs and leaves, etc. & many chaises were broken.

We had an issue with the toilet in our room right after we checked in and the staff was very quick to respond. The problem was fixed and we had a nice night. Room was clean and the laundry facilities were close by and convenient. There were a lot of options for breakfast and it was enjoyable. The front desk also recommended a great local steak restaurant that was delicious.

The staff was very friendly and they offered us freshly baked cookies of our choice daily. The General Manager came in on her off day just to make sure our payment issues were taken care of properly.

I can’t really say anything bad about Day Inn because they made me and my cousin feel very welcomed being over 1000 miles from home for work.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great quite a few choices, and the staff was phenomenal, especially Judy.  extremely friendly, very professional. An asset to the company. 

Getting in and out of the property due to all the road construction was a bit of a pain other than that everything else was great 

Staff was great, breakfast was good. The banana nut waffle batter was great. If it wasn't for the staff, this would have gotten a lower rating.

You get what you pay for. It's on a one way street, making it hard to get around much. The bathroom had stains in the tub, some hair from the person before us. Lots of noise at night from the places around the hotel, like the loading of train cars.

Just about everything. But when I checked in the ladies at the front desk didn't help me get all of my stuff to my room. I'm wheelchair bound and I had a lot of stuff with me that I brought from Denver Colorado to Casper Wyoming. I just needed a little bit of help and they wouldn't help me.

The young ladies at the front desk really need to help people more. Especially people in wheelchairs.

I liked the easy yet secure access to parking from the room. I liked the amenities and room itself.

Some staff were not very friendly, I had issues with my key card to my room, the concrete in the parking area was very rubbly, the breakfast wasn’t great, and the pool wasn’t ready for swimming even though it was the middle of July.

It was a place to sleep for the night

Not in a safe area and the people we encountered seemed sketchy for sure. Ciggerette smells, walked into the breakfast area and the trash can was completely full. Not a good morning impression. Building needs upkeep

Convenient, clean The young man who checked me in was very nice.

I would have liked to have had been able to have a late check-out. I called ahead and got someone with a corporate office for Days Inn who tried to charge me $150/night when it was $85 on Booking.com. They told me the price difference was because “things change.” I almost didn’t go to Days Inn because of that.
