Excellent location - close to airport but with adjacent parkland & 5 minute walk into the township. Excellent soundproofing despite being on flight paths. Efficient & friendly staff. Very comfortable bed & good shower. Endless chilled water available for guests in the foyer was a welcome amenity.

Garden area was great, but dining with smoking allowed there made it unpleasant.

The shuttle to the airport was great, although the app to book didn't work. The front desk kindly booked it for us. Good location for quick layover to CDG

Room was not as show on Booking.com. Disappointing. Hotels still have carpet? Curtains were shabby and why the extra cot in our room? Beds uncomfortable and squeaked terribly. Pillows uncomfortable.

Everything was nice and clean and the bed was super comfy. It was just what we need for a mid trip rest and it was close enough to the airport to save time.

Not really linked to the hotel but when booking the shuttle service, keep in mind that it stops at a few hotels on route to the airport so are they extra time. We missed our flight because of this.

Nice hotel and very friendly and accomodating staff, especially at the restaurant. Spacious room and good location to go to the airport (with the shuttle). Very good breakfast.

Very hot room : hopefully the air con will be sorted before summer. One madeleine for 3 guests in the room, for a 4 star hotel, that's not much...The driver of the shuttle was texting as he was driving (with kids in the car): this really shouldn't happen.

Room and location are perfect, the staff is helpful. I used the shuttle to the airport and it was perfect. Around the hotel is some space for a little walk in a lot of greeneries

A little bottle of water in the room and some basic amenities would have been much more welcoming. The food in the restaurant need to be improved.

Aside the transportation issues which has got nothing to do with the hotel,this hotel is perfect for families that aren't fussy. Who just want a nice quiet place to stay while visiting Paris or Roissy area. It was just amazing really.

Staff was polite.

The hotel adverses there is a free shuttle service available from the train station, however since covid no shuttles are running from the airport train station except by taxi which costs €20 or public bus. A shuttle service from the hotel to the aisle is available however this costs €3.50 per person.

Very clean, modern rooms and very attractively priced.

When there was a problem with the airport shuttle (which we had pre-booked) the reception staff told the disrupted customers to book a taxi, and send a complaints email. Not very friendly or efficient and not great at finding a solution to an important issue.

proximity to CDG - it was an unplanned stay due to flight cancellation. staff very nice. rooms were dated & tired but other facilities more up to date.

bathroom- toilet flush was very temperamental Shower/bath - the enclosure for shower at wrong end so floor & sink area got very wet.

actual hotel and facilities were good

return airport shuttle service poor. waited 90 minutes as the driver didn’t display the Mercure sign and did 4 trips before we knew he actually dropped at our hotel too. car parking machine refused to accept cash then barrier didn’t lift on departure.
