Excellent resort, very big and spacious you never feel crowded, the resort was full and you don't notice. Extremely clean, the staff is always checking and making sure everything is perfect. Love it. They have 2 restaurants and both are very good, the menu is very tasty and there are plenty of options. They offer water sports like kayaks and short trips to Gilligan's Isle which is a lot of fun. If you are into scuba diving, they also offer good services, unfortunately I am not a diver and I didn't want to take any changes, but I hear fantastic things about it. It is a perfect place to rest and recharge. If you have children, this is your place.

The bathrooms can be updated, but they are ok for the age of the building.

Very nice hotel with large well equipped rooms and comfortable bed. Beautifully landscaped gardens with lovely pools and jacuzzi. The beach is not exceptional but allows you to have a very beautiful view of the sunsets. Good quality restaurant. Possible access to Gilligan's Island by kayak. We had a very nice stay there. This is the third time we have stayed there and if possible we will return.

The price of kayak rental and equipment is too high. The prices are also quite high in the restaurant. It is necessary to go to Guanica to have alternatives but which remain few

las Palmas staff was great. bar staff typically friendly but severely understaffed and ran out of a lot of stuff daily. pools were great, spa was good. water sports crew was nice New Year’s Eve party was nice.

restaurant Alexandra food was not good overpriced and not cooked properly. ambiance was severely lacking and staff knowledge of menu and what items are was non existent. we were told that there were no available reservations then told they could squeeze us in but while there for over two hours to eat there were over 5 completely empty tables that were never even used. New Year’s Eve party was very nice but overpriced for what was provided. $200 per person and then forced to buy bottle service for drinks and after bottle buy were again charged for mixers? could use more accces to boating since swimming at this resort is not very good.

I chose the resort for the location, it’s a hidden gem with several options of relaxation, the pools, hot tub and beach. The staff is excellent! Every staff member that we interacted with was friendly and promptly responded to our needs/requests.

I was not impressed with the lunch/dinner provided by the on site restaurants (we did not have the opportunity to eat at the pool) the food was mediocre (mofongo was salty, one of my salads lacked dressing) and is way too pricey especially for the quality. Having said that, the breakfast is excellent!

The staff were friendly and personable, especially Luis at breakfast! His smile and disposition were infectious. Likewise, housekeeping staff were gracious and helpful. The affiliate services, like Scuba Dogs, also had friendly and helpful staff. Vidal (sp?) was especially helpful and patient when my mask was sealing well.

The door between adjoining rooms allowed alot of noise to pass through. The family in Room 415 had a baby who was crying between 11 PM and midnight. I love babies, but while 9n vacation I'm trying to relax.

The facility was great and the staff was amazing! The food was also amazing. We enjoyed the pools, dining, drinks, beach, and sunset boat ride.

We wished there was a general type store that might carry incidentals that may be needed without having to leave the property. Ex. postcards, aspirin, snacks, books. We also wish there had been a more comfortable lounging chair in the room.

Grounds were beautiful, room was also beautiful and spacious. We loved that there were several pools & hot tubs. Service from staff was hit & miss. Some employees were awesome & went above and beyond, others seemed like they really didn't want to be at work.

The shower wasn't draining very well & even after we reported it, the issue wasn't totally resolved.

lovely location, good size rooms cleaned well, nice products in the bathroom. pools are gorgeous. Staff are super friendly and the cocktails are delicious!

adjoining door (which we didn’t want) was like paper so we heard everything from the room next door. food is a bit overpriced. never sure if the pool bar and snack bar were going to be open or not. beach is pretty but not nice to swim in

Love the common facilities, like the pool, the beach deck, store, and restaurants.

I didnt like the room. The door lock didnt lock without forcing the door. The security box had a sound that keep us awake, and the a/c constantly was turning on and off, not keeping a good temperature in the room. The room got hot at night. Also the dresser furnitire was unbalanced, like it was broken. Didnt like at all the room.

It is a large beautiful property with probably 250 yards of ocean/sea front and two nice pools plus spa and baby pool. Our room looked straight out and was nicely furnished.

The resort is isolated, good for some, not for others. Breakfast was a set $20 p/p for the buffet and a la carte choices were just as expensive. Dinners in the casual outside restaurant were more reasonable. The A/C system was very effective but EXTREMELY noisy. During the day it was easy to leave the door to our balcony open. At night we would have enjoyed opening our windows but they did not open. So we were stuck with the A/C.
