The guy by the entrance to the pool area, this guy has a really bad day or attitude, but I don't need to pay the consequences and valet parking guy by 4 am wasn't in place to attend my call or text and when I was outside he was like what ?? I'm so disappointed other on that good

The breakfast was so good! Love the full buffet. Loved the lobby bar as well

Upon checkout our bags were left outside with an employee . He claimed that this is where we were to keep them and that they do not keep them inside. He assured us that he would be standing there the entire time. We left to grab a quick bite and when we returned about 30 minutes later to get our taxi, he was nowhere in site! There was nobody there for approx 15 minutes, just around 10 suitcases sitting right next to the curb unattended. We were not happy! Anyone could just drive up through that driveway and take anything they wanted. This needs to change immediately.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Pool was very nice. Check in and check out was very smooth. The garden area with wildlife was a welcome touch. The ice cream shop was a gem - food was great, staff warm & friendly.

Rooms were outdated - no Queen sized beds, clock, or drinking glasses. Charged a 5-star rate for a 3-star room. Pool chairs - towels were placed on most chairs by 8-8:30 AM, yet the chairs were unoccupied for most of the day. Need some type of monitoring system. Beach not nearly as advertised - too much seaweed; hidden objects in the water.

Beautiful view, a lot of entertainment & activities daily, pools and hot tubs. There are plenty of restaurants on the resort. Pool walk up bar. Great breakfast buffet 😋. Would love to stay here again.

75/Nightly for incidentals that you will get back after stay, so take extra extra money 💰 🤑 that's separate from spending on resort. Fees will come out once checked in.

View from the balcony of the ocean! Loved the variety of places to sit by the water, all comfortable and with very different views.

The tiny garbage cans in the room. It always looked messy with things stacked on the floor because they were just so tiny.

We were there for 3 nights and it was very good. There are restaurants and Starbucks so do not have to worry about anything. Staff was very helpful as well. Beautiful location and very close to old san juan.

Line for breakfast. They could better. We did not like to stand in line for breakfast for half an hour everyday as we had breakfast included with our room. I could just go and pickup from Starbucks rather wasting 30 mins morning time

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your hotel. I will write a positive review and share my experience with friends and family so they may visit the Caribe one day. My favorite part of the Caribe hotel was the view from our balcony. The view was breathtaking, amazing, and overall beautiful.

Despite the fact that the pool area closes at 10 PM, it should remain open until midnight. When people visit and we are out exploring and on an excursion when we arrive at the hotel, we may wish to relax in the pool. However, if the pool closes at 10 PM, that means we are either in our rooms or somewhere in the lobby.

The hotel was in a great central location easily accessed from the airport, close to old San Juan and on a beautiful part of the water that we were able to swim in. There was also a lot of food options at the resort.

The pool was extremely small for such a large resort. We never found pool chairs and other than the pool bar there was hardly anywhere to swim. Photos made it seem like there was a much larger pool area. Our room was fine but I will say the photos made it look like it was going to be more of a suite

Try the floating dock and swim up bar. Hiram Avila that works outside in the Bagua Bar is very creativity, polite, and really aims to please guests with his bright smile. Lydia in Rústica did an amazing job with drinks and service as well. I can’t forget to mention the housekeeper, Mirtha (elderly Dominican lady). She is such a doll and she made sure our room was perfect for us throughout our stay.

My credit card was lost in Old San Juan, and they locked me out of my room which resulted in 1 hour going and coming from my room to the front desk for a working key card 4 times. They didn’t even let me go into my room to give them another credit card. It felt like they treated me as if I was a thief or I did this on purpose. I didn’t like the treatment and they should just physically come to guests room to ask for updated payment instead of doing all of this to guests.
