The pool area was beautiful, the buffet seemed pretty delicious, the rooms where very comfortable.

The water in the bathroom got out of the shower and we had to dry it with towels in the bathroom area, the elevator area in the original part of the building smelled like humidity. The breakfast was pretty good I requested additional eggs and received 1 over easy egg.

Room we need to change after the first night because a strange noise i think was the A.C. . Pool Excellent Service and Atmosphere. Breakfast i think there are much more thinks to do we just had breakfast the first day and the rest of the days we went out for Breakfast we went to Paulina Escanes Rest and we have great Breakfast for the same price that the Hotel

Menus online are not up-to-date on pricing. For example, menu online from the hotel's webpage said a wine at STK was $100, but we were charged $140 for it. Restaurant didn't lowered the price, said they were sorry but the price stayed $140 as the menus online were not updated.

Wi-Fi was spotty in my room. I had to go outside to use certain apps like Uber.

Wedding taking place (as usual hotels never tell you) and both the hot tub and adult pool area were unusable at one point. We paid a nice sum so that’s not fair.

The staff is extremely friendly. The valet workers are the nicest ever. The property was very clean and if something wasn’t right, they did their best to make it right. For example after a glitch with the a/c so they had us change rooms. It’s in the heart of Condado.

Loved everything but something to keep in mind is yes, it’s on the beach, oceanfront. However do not plan to swim there. It’s on a very rocky area where the water is very rough. It’s scenic and gorgeous, but you won’t be swimming there. Pool area is very pretty, comfortable and with great views. Another suggestion: the rooms need mirrors. We were a family of 4. So while everyone is taking turns showering, the other people can’t move on doing hair, makeup, etc. They have to wait until the next person is out of the shower. If there was a wall mirror, preferably a full length wall mirror it would be much more convenient and speed up getting ready for dinner, etc. Easy fix to improve the stay for guests sharing a room.

Beautiful hotel, next to the beach, mins away from Old San Juan and minutes away from La Placita de Santuce and many outdoor restaurants outside of the hotel strip. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The location and beach/wave views were amazing! Room service also visited your room three times a day to drop off bottles of water. AMAZING! My boyfriend & I were greeted with complimentary wine at check in.

The a/c in the room was not acting right. My boyfriend & I kept waking up to the a/c being turned off, but we had it on. So weird.
