I loved the amenities. The club/lounge in the basement was pretty cool. The lobby bar was always playing music & gave a party feel in the evenings. The food service at the beach while you relax & they wait on you was 10/10. There were multiples pools & 2 jacuzzis. The best part was the view from our hotel room.

I didn’t like how expensive this property was. There is a $100 per night incidental fee which I thought was ridiculous after spending over $1000 on a room. 2 drinks at any of the bars cost $45 & I think that’s ridiculous for the basic food options! The restaurants outside of the hotel in the perimeter area were much better & much more reasonably priced. There were also cracks in the window of our hotel room.

Someone charged a hefty bar tab to my room from the onsite nightclub that I did not even go to during my visit. Upon checkout I was told that this would be refunded to me but it involved making several phone calls over several weeks and getting the run around by various departments. I eventually just disputed the charge on my credit card and let them handle the situation, which they did resolve. I would recommend if you're allowing people to charge purchases to rooms, especially at the nightclub where you don't need to be a hotel guest to enter, you need to prove that you are indeed staying at the property at the room you're charging purchases to.

Hotel is at an ideal spot, within walking distance to bar, food and entertainment. It has a nice beach with plenty of hotel provided chairs and umbrellas. It had two pools on both street and beach side to enjoy the sun all day and the staff was very accomadating. I would definitely stay here again.

I stongly suggest you dont leave your bar tab open at the lobby bar as the bartenders seem to add drinks to your tab for there loical friends. To make matters worse once we complained, the bar manager disregarded our complaint and made a big joke out of it. It seemed to me that the bar manager (Jessica) is aware and condones this behavior.

Beautiful

Room was hot at night. Was moved to the older section of the resort after my reservation was messed up. And the Ac does work that good at all. The Room we was moved from was a regular room but everything was upgraded… When we was moved everything was old and out dated. No smart TV nothing to watch with a hot room. But room was clean…. Manager did say the side I was moved on is about to start getting remodeled…

The location was great. The resort had a lot of amenities, easy access to the beach, and a lot of complimentary items. Also the staff was great. We were there for the Memorial Day holiday, so it was a lot of people in the hotel, but it didn't feel over crowded.

Our sliding glass door to the balcony would not open and we receive some wrong information regarding our room from a new employee.

The breakfast was ok not much of an option. However, everything else was great ! We were nervous from some of the negative reviews but La Concha exceeded our expectations. We stayed on the 11th floor ocean view, STUNNING view. The room was spacious and clean. I will be staying here again

The location and view of the beach was excellent, We had the “Ocean Front Balcony View” Room and to wake up in the am with that view with the soothing sound of the water……. ITS WORTH THE PRICE !!

Its a little pricey!!!! $61 for 2 drinks at the bar !!! $40 a peace for the breakfast buffet. Walk to the CVS and buy your liquor!!

The views of the beach, the pools were immaculate, the staff was very helpful and professional. The food at all restaurants and coffee shop was delicious. Yoga on the beach was fun and very relaxing. This resort is amazing 😊

The humidity in the room was annoying even with the air conditioner on. The refrigerator was not very cold. The elevator doors closed extremely quick and I was caught in the door and had to stop it very quickly and it bruised my arm. Maybe a sign in the elevator would warn guests about how fast the doors close would be a good idea.
