Sandy Beach Hotel

I like the hotels it’s old-fashioned. I’d like that. It was steps away from the water. I like the people the food and easy for shopping. I will definitely stay here again, and my family are all asking me for the name and the address to the place I will put you on my Facebook page and I will be back in six months For vacation and see my family

I wish I met the owner to have a talk with him as a few things I were broken. He could upgrade a few chairs on the rooftop just a few things that the building gets old and you have to replace but otherwise everyone else did a nice job.

Cold water,small room, housekeeper touched and moved personal items, I stayed 5 days ask for for clean sheets and she just took the sheets off the beds to put the same ones on opposite bed , toilet was dirty with cleaner just sitting in bowl purple Fabolouso ,no microwave in room but one in the lobby but it stayed dirty,room had floor but housekeeper didn't sweep and mop it

I liked that we were literally on the beach!!! We just had to walk outside and we were only a few feet away! There was a restaurant/bar directly downstairs from the hotel. The staff were all amazing & helpful! We were close to so many restaurants and stores and specialty shops!!

The hotel is definitely dated. There is work to be done on it, but for our first trip to PR it was the perfect location; away from the high traffic areas, but close enough for us to walk, definitely manageable.

Staff is always amazing here. We've stayed with them multiple times, and will gladly return again in the future!

A little "bare bones" I'm totally fine with that though. Parking can be a bit chaotic .

1-the elevator is a bit shaky 2-Nw shower out side at the entrance “for hotel guests” is not working 3- the lamps are rusty and lamp lights were not working

The location is perfect, on the beach, with restaurants, drinks, CVS, Starbucks!! Netflix and other streaming services were available and worked well.

We stayed during the week and left Sunday early a.m. The weekdays are pretty quiet but the noise level on Saturday night was pretty intense, so just make sure that you take ear plugs. I will definitely stay here again!!!

The access to the beach was great. the staff at night where very helpful and willing to get me a cab to the airport at 3am.

The AC could have been colder. the room was fine with 2 dbl beds. the water pressure in the shower was excellent. My wife didn't get her $100 refund yet as of 10/12/2023

it was steps from the beach and lots of restaurants and bars around the area. good for couples or friends wouldnt recommend for children, very clean.

I didnt like the size of the room and it need new upgrades, bedroom and bathroom, no refrigerator or microwave in the room and the elevator was acting up

The young Man working at 600pm on Tuesday.Was so helpful and personable and Friendly each and every time we met.He always smiled and was so kind. Also the Man who checked me in who works day shift was an Angel.So kind and helpful.The Domestic Diva, with long braids was so kind and sweet.I will recommend Sandy Beach to my Friends.Thank you.Beautifull experience.Angela Garcia-Provenzano,

Young man with braces could not delete a room key.Unless room key was in his hand.I found that very hard to believe.After working Hotels all over the World for 20 years plus.But he was polite.

24 hour front desk, close to lots of restaurants that are open late, close to CVS and Walgreens, 1 minute walk to the beach.

The “luggage storage” was just their office I was cool with that but when I came back to grab my bags they were out in the open in their little lobby area. I had my computer, passport, extra credit cards, and a Nintendo Switch in one bag. I was not happy about that.
