The pool, hot tub, and ocean (and ocean views) were excellent! That was the best part of our experience there. Added bonus was the ping pong table poolside that my son and I both enjoyed. The shower in the resort room was also great - excellent water pressure and heat.

This place is expensive. To top it off, there was a hidden $75 resort fee/per day that I became aware of upon check in. Very unfortunate! It was also quite loud in the hallways at night, with a lot of guests enjoying the libations from the casino. There is no shuttle service to locations like Old San Juan (other places offer free shuttles).

its too expensive. every drink is 15$ plus gratuity. its ridiculous. 5$ extra for room service. and they don’t deliver drinks to the room, only food. the bathroom door from the inside was dirty. the bathroom door handle is so sharp, that i cut my finger. no vegetables at breakfast. for a 68,48$ breakfast!!! the pool water is so warm, that you feel like in a bathtub. it’s not refreshing at all!

the location was perfect! in the middle of everything. great places to eat within walking distance. the staff was AMAZING. very nice and always helpful ensuring you had everything you needed. Not too far of drive or ride to Old San Juan

overall the facilities were nice. I had an ocean view corner room and that part of the hotel definitely needs to be updated. other areas have been updated so hopefully they will continue and get that completed throughout the remainder of the rooms.

No microwaves isn’t a way to warm your food back up and the price u pay for the food and stay you should be able to heat your leftovers back up

The location is very convenient, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The beach location is great! The staff is always friendly and helpful! This was my second visit, I returned for all of these reasons and will likely return again.

The only thing that I did not like is that beach chairs are set up but we were told that others who came out early reserved them but they weren’t there. This is unfair since we’re all paying the resort fee for the use and not likely the resort’s doing.

All The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were always smiling and ready to help. Even the landscaper (Wilson De Jesus),was super friendly when he noticed us looking at shrubs and flowers on the property. He took us around an pointed out different types of flowers and shrubs how to care for them.

Toilet in room never stopped running. We had to open the tank and fix it several times a day, every day and night to fix it.. We mentioned it to housekeeper but nothing happened.

in the morning they start doing construction in the hallways, adding smoke detectors and somewhat making noise in the hallways wasn’t very comfortable with that.

The buffet breakfast was fit for a pork eating person. No substitute meat portions, no one came around after initial order of morning beverage. Refill of water had to be requested not expected. Comparing to the room rates, the breakfast should be included in the pricing. I would reserve Courtyard Marriott again.

1. The breakfast buffet. I ate Oatmeal the entire 4 days. Only meat served was pork. For those who have dietary restrictions for whatever reasons, i.e., personal, religion, etc. There are other meat options that should be available to visitors; turkey, beef, kosher, halal. 2. 1 slice of cake $10, really? That is absolutely too expensive.

The price of the room was a bit high, paying for parking as a guest of the hotel, The food was also pricey.

We come around the same time every year. Marriot has all of the accommodations. You get everything here. However, since covid the whole quarantine situation in PR makes it very less desirable to go and relax.
