Stayed from 17 -18th December 2022 FIFA finals. I really like the location because it was walking distance to the corniche and also walking distance to the Museum of Islamic Art. There is a Shopping Centre right across the street full of different blocks of souks if you want to shop. Walking distance to souk Waqqif and the metro station. Lots of local restaurants around the area. Transport to the airport was about 15 - 20 minutes which was very good because it was less cost by taxi. We were allowed late check out, which was very good because we could lie in a bit after breakfast before going out. We could leave our baggage on hold whilst we went out touring and collected it late evening when we were ready for the airport. Buffet breakfast was lovely and tasty. The pool at the roof top was nice but I did not have time to use it. The hotel has 1 nightclub and 1 bar/restaurant upstairs on the 14th floor and at the roof top. This was a bonus because we could watch the FIFA 2022 football finals at the rooftop big screen. There is another bar restaurant on the Mezzanine and the ground floor. Everything under one roof, which was quite nice and handy. The staff were very helpful especially Swabir from housekeeping, who was able to replace all the missing items we needed in the room promptly . It was a pleasant stay for one night. Check in and check out at reception was fine.

I would have preferred a room with a view overlooking the corniche but there was none available to my disappointment. Because the picture displayed on booking.com gave the impression that all the rooms have views overlooking the corniche, that is why I chose the hotel. there was no shower curtain so when you shower the whole bathroom gets wet. they should try and fit a shower curtain or glass door to the shower.

Large spacious room with modern stylish decor. Location and ease to/from airport (15 mins) Great breakfast Pleasant staff Nightlife (There is a rooftop bar/nightclub & English pub) in hotel. I was on 10th floor and did not hear any noise from 14th floor nightclub) Security is good. Outside guest have to pass through airport style security and are escorted to bar/clubs.

Nothing, but note the safety deposit 200 riyals (Approx £45) can only be given as cash, so you need to change at airport. That said this was quickly returned after cleaners have checked the room. The positive if this is that anything left in the room can also be found and returned.

Was very good especially the reception staff.

Lost and Found (my story at the end) Amazing and helpful Talents you have in your property, Starting from the officer in main Entrance.. Check in was bit long but they had a group check in which is understandable, same time the Tunisian Receptionist he was very professional, nice and suggested to have dinner in the restaurant or a drink in the lounge which I did and he called me before even finish it. After check out at 10 am, I went straight to work then home and I discovered that I lost my wallet around 7 pm, I called Recp and the receptionist said they will check this matter for me asap, I went straight to the Hotel same receptionist introduced me to Security Supervisor and we went together to check the lounge as it was the last place I went for coffee during the check out. The beautiful team in the lounge were keeping my wallet with them along with all my belongings Cash, CC .. I would like to thank you all and wish you success and God blessings.

I met Fatima in Reception, she was very friendly and accommodating, very pleasant smile. The check in ran smoothly as I arrived just after 14:00 pm and was seated while Fatima assisted a few guests , she also provided me a late check out as a gesture of Goodwill, eventhough I left on Time, thank you for your Hospitality!

Personally , I felt like Reception was doing operators job, in order for the hotel to run smoothly an operator should take calls in the back office , whilst Reception focuses on the guest. For some it can be quite frustrating if a guest is in Reception whilst the phones are constantly ringing, this adds pressure to Reception, the Hotel should consider hiring Telephone Operators for a smooth operation, just my opinion.

Perfect place to rest. We made an 18 hours stop in our plane travel and decided to leave the airport to se Doha. We booked the Doha’s City Tour at the airport with Discover Qatar and the last stop was ver near to the hotel so the location is perfect. The room very nice and they allowed us to check in earlier than 14pm what was wonderful for us because we could rest earlier. The hotel has 4 restaurants and one pub, so you can eat and drink without leave the building. You have to pay a cash deposit when you check in so you will need cash. They accept the local coin, Dollars and Euros so it is easy to pay. when you check out, they refund you the deposit

Everything was excellent aside from big delay in check-in and check-out altough there was no many guests

- big time delay in check-in and check-out and there was no crowd. only 3-4 guests and had to wait so much time - reception asked for money as deposit and it was not among conditions during booking. - crowd and chaos while enteng or exiting the hotel at night as the hotel hosts 4 bars and full of drunk and noisy people

Due to renovations being carried out in the lobby we were given a room upgrade. The restaurant was good and there was also an excellent cafe just across the road. Location was very good, within walking distance of some major attractions.

Staff failed to respond to an email regarding an airport transfer, so we had to arrange our own.
