Breakfast was good.

I think reception person meed to change bcz he is not flexible. I asked him to let mestay half hour extra after 12. Means 12:30 for checkout. And he told me to pay extra 100qar for even half hour extra. I think its a very rude behaviour. Bcz they should be flexible and treat their coustmer good. Anyways overall hotel experience was good.

It was a very nice stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and comfy. It was quiet and in a very good location. They provide a one night towel only. I didn't mind but I guess you can ask the second one if needed. Also, there is water and tea in the room.

I can't say this is related to the hotel directly but I got a random Arab guy knocking at my door at midnight. I was very surprised, I thought it was reception maybe until I asked how that was. The guy probably heard my room number and me being alone when I was checking out. It wasn't pleasant and I called the reception immediately and informed them. They sent the security upstairs and escalated the issue.

Nice and clean except that the room

The bath room not good for showering because water was stock n the floor .and handle shower is damage . And also when calling the line for house keeping No one answer even how many times I called ..they didnt even return call suppose to asked what we need in the room. No one is coming if u need urgent cleaning.

•Cleaners was very noisy at the morning in corridor,but this is a problem in to many hotels and countries. Request to refresh my towels was like a misunderstanding:brought 2 small towels and not very clean . •Was always some misunderstanding with the girl from coffee shop,when she brought the food in my room she kept the door full opened by keeping of her leg -for me it’s was unprofessional because I was in sleeping clothes.But maybe she had experience that some one didn’t pay .Its okay ,good the that no one was in the corridor that moment. When I bought downstairs some drinks she was rejected the payment by cash because no change . But my sugar was down and it was indeed to take some soft drink,so I asked her to find the solution )She found it the change!

Pretty close to the airport, 15-20 minutes with normal traffic. Relatively close to some sights like Museum of Islamic Art and Souq Waqif. Breakfast was pretty good, good selection of options and good quality. Rooftop pool was decent. One of the better equipped fitness rooms I've seen (very good selection of free weights in addition to cardio machines). Staff helpful with request for late checkout due to late flight.

Only two lifts/elevators, so sometimes had to wait a bit. Not too many restaurants/shopping options within easy walking distance if you factor in the heat.

We had a reservation at the hotel from October 16-20, 2024, for a group of four in two rooms, and the experience was absolutely magical in every way. The ambiance, the service, and the facilities exceeded our expectations, creating an unforgettable stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the exceptional attention to detail in each room, everything contributed to a truly enchanting experience. The amenities, dining options, and overall atmosphere made it a perfect escape. We look forward to returning!

It's a safe and well-organized hotel in the middle of the hotel zone of Doha. There are hotels all over the place. Gloria Hotel and Suites was nice. There 2 metro stations in about 15 minutes walking distance and one of the main squares, Souk Waqif, is also about a 10-minute walk away. The room was spacious enough and very clean. It was cleaned and organized every day. The Islamic Museum, and the National Museum are also just a few minutes away on foot. The Corniche also starts nearby and there is a nice view of the Doha skyline there. So, these are nice and close. The staff was great. I felt safe and there were no issues with anything whatsoever.

The safe in my room did not work and we couldn't fix it. The breakfast at the hotel was also okay but I'd rather skip it and have brunch somewhere in the city instead.

I booked this hotel for my 20-hour stopover in Doha, and the staff warmly l welcomed me for an early check-in (really early). The room is large and clean, exceptionally comfortable and new. Highly recommend.

We had a long stopover using Qatar Airways and the best option was to stay in a hotel. With this in mind Gloria Hotel & Suites Doha were excelent. Clean, comfortable enough for a good night sleep. Nice cup of morning coffee at a Nespresso machine (they provide for us 4 different coffee choices) and we were ready to fly again.

Just a little slow check in but nothing to worry about. Our room was not ready at the time (even though we arrived a little late) but a manager step in and we get immediately another room which was already ready. I do not know the name if the manager but I want to thank him for this! Thank you sir!
