I recently stayed at this hotel for about three weeks, and I can confidently say that its high rating is well-deserved, largely due to how the staff treat their guests with genuine kindness and care. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt that my comfort and satisfaction were their top priorities. The team here goes above and beyond to ensure every guest has a wonderful stay, consistently showing a level of dedication that truly sets this hotel apart. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to several staff members who made my experience particularly memorable: Ravishan, Chayma, Asif, Asrin, Yascine, Chef Emad, Didarul, Anil, Mohammad (luggage), Mohammad Masum, Grace, Nouruddeen, Anindit, Idris, and Jerry. Their warm and professional service significantly enhanced my stay, making it not just enjoyable, but truly special.

Shaza Doha is a new and delightful place with excellent apartments and a very friendly staff. I arrived around 3 AM, and despite having a booking for just one night, they generously offered me a late checkout at 2 PM. They also offered me to store my luggage after checkout, allowing me to explore the town unencumbered. The breakfast was satisfactory.

Perfect service from Akbota. Very good reception from her. She made us feel very welcome in the hotel. That is why we returned to the hotel a second time. And we will return again in December thanks to her politeness and positive energy.

Things happening outside the hotel approx 20 metres away, especially Thursday & Friday night, which is not very good if you are a family with children.

The hotel is beautiful and opulent. Rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished. Breakfast was delicious and tasty and plentiful. The biggest highlight however is the staff. WOW, the staff at the Shaza is outstanding. You get welcomed from the door and through out the hotel. I have not experienced this level of hospitality anywhere before. Well done 👏🏻

I feel the level of cleanliness was not to my liking. We received beautiful thick towels every day but my bathroom never felt that it was cleaned properly. I am not sure if staff is not allowed to touch guests stuff because they would just make up the bed and only clean around our stuff. Shaza you have a winner but your housekeeping needs some improvement

During my stay at Shaza Doha, Chaima at the front desk truly enhanced my experience. She was exceptionally polite, professional, and friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel is absolutely beautiful but what makes it exceptional is the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. I wish I remembered all the names so I could list everyone separately. Starting with the reception, the cooks, the people serving the breakfast, the men helping with the luggage and the ladies at the massage place. Literally everyone is soooo lovely and helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay so much more enjoyable. We could come back just to see all of you again 🥰 If you are not sure which hotel to book while in Doha do choose Shaza as the interiors are stunning and the location is just perfect. Our room was exceptional and I was so happy we had the bath and the shower. The breakfast was amazing!

Beautiful hotel, downtown Doha, a few minutes walk to the old souk market place and other key attractions such as the Islamic museum and Cornish. Hotel staff were very friendly. We were there to discover Doha so the family spent minimum time in the hotel. There was a misunderstanding with regards whether breakfast was included or not. Hotel offered discount on the price of breakfast. A point i still need to take up with booking.com who were impossible to contact via telephone.

The location was perfect. Unfortunately it was Ramadan in Qatar - everywhere was empty - felt a little like a ghost town. The whole country is alcohol free during the month. Even in hotels and includes foreign visitors - just be aware. Restaurants close during the day. Must eat in hotels. Doha full of razzle dazzle and fun to sightsee..

I was there in Doha only for 24 hours transfer ! I landed early in morning and randomly booked this hotel . It turns out amazing . Receptionist ( forgot your name sorry .but thank you )allowed me to do early check in had some good quality nap after long trip before anther one . the staff Anil ( forgot how to spell the name ,sorry )helped to contact local tourist company to offer me best experience a day trip in Doha which I enjoyed so much . shrikant offered me some spa and restaurant coupons,they are generous , above and beyond their responsibilities, I’ll definitely come back to this hotel again . highly recommended to everyone.
