I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. The receptionist who handled my check-in was truly amazing and helpful and a special thanks to the receptionist who made my check-out very smooth and easy . Their professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. It's evident that the staff is dedicated to providing outstanding service to guests. I have stayed in the hotel a few months before the world cup, in 2022, and now: it is complete and it's very good! The breakfast is excellent, rooms are very comfortable, and staff always kind and helpful The sauna/spa is good and the gym, although small, is also good. About 20 minutes walking from Souq Waqif (main market area, with a tourist and local part — try the local, with local food vendors and shops), and about 10 minutes from the National Museum of Qatar, which is an architecture marvel — and near a subway stations. Summer in Doha is extremely hot, but taxis and Uber are not expensive.

Although the breakfast is excellent, the main room needs a better exhaustion system. You leave breakfast smelling food. The ground-floor bar is nice, but super noisy—nobody talks, and don't even try to start a conversation because you cannot hear a word. Also, the swimming pool.... such a large are for basically a bathtub. And although the floor has been opened recently, parts of the ceiling are falling, and it has been a while it has been cleaned for the last time.

Hotel is situated in old town, 10 min walking distance from Qatar national museum and like 15 min walking distance from the nearest metro station (the museum one as well). Good choice if you want to go visit some nearby landmarks. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable.

The shower: the glass curtain is not big enough to prevent water from going all over in the bathroom, which makes you feel you need to be careful where to stand and how to plan your shower lol The AC in the room was hard to manage, either it goes too strong (also noisy) or turn it off. Location wise but this is something personal, i would choose a closer hotel to a metro station, all landmarks in Doha are right out of the metro stations.

The room and the view were amazing. Many thanks for a birthday surprise cake as well. It was soooooooooooo good. A massive thank you to Rhodney for the most warm, friendly and smoothest check-in in my life. I really felt like I am home even it was my first time in this hotel and Doha in general. Additional thanks to Ozlem for the easiest and sweetest check-out. You all really made my stay so increasable. So, I have decided to come back to Doha and book a room in this wonderful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Always had a good welcome and a smile when you return after a day sight seeing. They even organized a taxi to the airport for us at 4:00am. I asked to be put in the top floors on my booking and they did organized this for us on the 13th floor, so we had fantastic views across to West Bay. The breakfast was very good every day with great choices. Our room was big, very comfortable, loads of storage and cleaned daily with free large bottles of water. There is a pool and club on the top floor. And the Claw BBQ Bar on the ground floor with good western food and music. The location was good, 12 mins walk to nearest metro and 15 mins walk to Souq Waqif.

Everything was good

Simply amazing clean large hotel. With exceptionally spacious bedrooms and lovely bathrooms. Beautiful centre piece you can view when going up and down the lifts. Everything you need is provided in the rooms along with daily complimentary water bottles. The rooms were cleaned daily to perfection. The staff from house keeping to Concierge and the front desk were amazing. Always happy to help with anything you ask them. Love how friendly and welcoming they are. They offer a beautiful Arabic coffee and dates aswell as a hydration drink in the front lobby all day long which are delicious. Cannot comment on food as we never ate the hotel. But overall a wonderful 5 star hotel which truly lives up to expectations.

Having to leave

I like the location and the staff was friendly and kindly. Moreover, In terms of room cleanliness and furnishings, they were very good.

Something is taken, and I hope in the future it will be better, and there will be amendments and expansion of the car parks, as if we are late to stop back to the hotel, I will not get a parking lot. If I get in the third basement, and the problem is that the elevator does not go up to the hotel, I have to go up the stairs to the second basement, and then I take the elevator to the role in which I live.

The hotel room was quite big and spacious which let in a lot of natural light. The bed was extremely comfortable and had clean bedding that was regularly changed. The staff welcomed us and were very friendly throughout our entire stay at the hotel.

I think that there was nothing to change as the services given were all very satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel definitely has a "wow" factor! I'm pretty sure our room was upgraded because while I did indeed book a room with a view of the sea/skyline, I was shocked to see the room size upon arriving. We were located on the 14th floor beside the Presidential Suite, and our room had floor-to-ceiling windows the full width of the room. And what a wonderful view! The bathroom ran the length of the bedroom area and contained double sinks, a giant shower, and a huge whirlpool tub located up a few steps. This was definitely one of the most opulent places we have ever stayed, and we were sad it was just for one night (during a quick overnight layover on our way back home to the US). The hotel has a beautiful interior foyer that extends almost the entire height of the building but you don't see it until you get up onto the floors with the guest rooms (take the elevators on the left side for a view as you travel up). The hotel also has a rooftop bar that looked awesome, though I wouldn't describe it as "chill", which was the way it was described upon our check-in. We went up to the roof to check it out and found a fancy lounge with a DJ and a pool. It looked gorgeous, though definitely club-like (there was a doorman). Happily, our room was directly below and we could not hear a whisper of the club noise/music.

There did not appear to be an outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer (only for a razor), and there were no mirrors outside the bathroom. As such, I had to blow dry and style my hair in the bedroom without a mirror. This seemed like an odd oversight given the luxury of the room.

The pub inside the hotel although it is an expensive one (58 Qatari riyals for a pint of beer). I also liked the location next to the national museum and not far away from the museum of islamic art.

The room provided to me was amongst the very few with just a curtain separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom. Therefore, the floor was prone to be slippery. I know that this is an exception, but for the level of a hotel with the brand name "by Hilton" it should not happen.
