The room was very cozy and clean, staffs are so welcoming and always available. The pool area was amazing and the view from the room during sunset was beautiful to watch. Will definitely stay here the next time!

Only thing i didn’t like was the room service since it always took multiple phones calls because the service was too slow, other than that everything was perfect!

Good service and friendly ambience

1. Staff in reception not giving proper attention to booking and i was called and reminded of overstay while my booking was for two nights. During checkout also the same statement repeated. The booking details should be properly read before answering or calling the customers. I was upset but patiently reminded them to read the booking properly 2. Parking is poorly managed and alloted. Need to be prioritised for guests in frontline. Backside parking access is poor and filled with outsiders and visitors. Rest of them are perfectly good. I like the hotel and its ambience

Nice view and breakfast.

But please remove the option of selection of guest in booking tgis might confuse the breakfast selection since i selected one breakfast by mistake in the selection box which i taught as default as two people considered for stay while my friend has to be sepertely paid during the eating though i book a room where two occupants are allowed.

The stay was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The check in was very smooth . I wanna thanked all the personal. I have only one request is the room is closed totally , no window is open. The hotel is very near to souk wakif and the two museums, so it's in the hearth of hotel. I want be back to thanked the staff one by one. Thank you for your support , you make my stay wonderful with your magic service. 🎩

Everything is amazing.

The hotel is like nice, good pool area and nice view, but the bathroom seems to have issues, the floor was always wet, no matter how neat you are trying to be. Housekeeping was 50/50, they wouldn’t put new shampoos/ toothpaste when it is finished.

Good Ambience and calm place

Front office not reading the reservation properly. Ask for payment, breakfast inclusion confirmation, back to back disappointed questions encounter. Customers are prime focus in service industry and to be kept cool by right questions. Cigar Smoke smell

Good bed, quiet room, the breakfast had several options, and the staff was kind.

The hotel is several blocks from the subway. The shower was broken. Also, it didn't contain the water inside the shower property. Also, it didn't include a hair dryer. I had to ask for it.

Hotel is in a good location but there is heavy construction in the area (due to the upcoming World Cup) which makes walking around the neighborhood difficult.

I like the location, it is very close to doha old port and souq wakef

I don’t why they closed the parking basement! That’s not acceptable, we couldn’t find a parking for our car easily!
