Good reception from the your staff Mr Hamza he’s very welcoming

Interner connection with mobile a little bit slow but the rest was excellent

The staff is accomodating,room was clean.

There is unusual happenings when we where sleeping,this is in room 102, a paranormal activity.

We booked this hotel because we had a 18-hours stopover in Doha. The hotel is close to the airport and easy to get to by Uber. The room was just like the photos, spacious and has everything you need. We spend the evening at Souq Waqif which was very nice and close by.

The room could’ve been a bit cleaner. The check in and checkout was very long, which is quite annoying after a long flight, and if you need to be back to the airport.

The room is spacious and the wardrobe is big. The lighting is good as well. The bed was cozy too even if we were given 2 beds as a couple. The hair blower, the cups, and heater for coffee and tea were great. The shampoo with conditioner as well as the shower gel.

There was no toothbrush and toothpaste. There was only one towel for the couple.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was also good. 3 min walk to Negombo beach.

Shame that there is so much rubbish on the way to the beach. Maybe organising / suggesting a cleaning spree with the 2 restaurants and the 2 art Atelliers overlooking the rubbish would work?the area itself isnt that big.

The First impression was excellent and that receptionist ,Angel was so nice and professional.Way she handling the guest was superb..comparing with other two la villa suite and la villa inn staff, "Angel" was the excellent front office attendent. Overall all the staff was friendly,Room was clean and tidy..only thing is wi-fi was not worked three time.

Warm welcoming at the lobby and reception guy by name Mr Amor if I'm not missing it, the guy was jovial and always kept asking for anything else to know till I felt like it was my 'little home'. In the room there were more amenities than expected.

The location was somehow in a corner to access it but in open place, the outside view from the room wasn't available but the room.

The staff is cery accomdating esp the receptionist from Morocco mashallah he very good in communication both English and arabic

There wasn't slippers in the bathroom if the management keep a fair of slipper in bathroom that will be good The location is easy restaurants are nearby The room size is ok and it was also cleaned good The guy on reception was really good and helpful ☺️ I love his attitude the way he treat me that was nice 🙂
