Concorde Hotel Doha

Very friendly and helpful staffs, rooms are big and clean. Two minutes walking to Al Doha Al Jadeeda Metro Station. They offered me free transfer to the airport

There’s no amenities at the room, only soap and shampoo. Poor breakfast comparing to a five stars hotel

Overall, the hotel is clean and a good place to stay at. The room is big, the bed is comfortable. Check-in in the middle of the night was possible. The breakfast buffet is tasty. The location is great to get from/to the airport. The metro station (red line) is in front of the hotel, as well as a supermarket. An Uber to the city was about 10 QAR, one to the airport 20 QAR. We had to check out very early to catch our flight and were given a take away breakfast at 5am. There is free water, coffee and tea in the room. Staff is nice. Shout out to Timothy who is such a sunshine of a person and helped us during times of chaos.

When we checked in, we were given a wrong key and almost ended up in a stranger's room. Once we were in our room, we had to ask for a second towel as there wasn't one in the room. The shower head holder was broken. Not all lamps worked. At breakfast we were told that we had to pay extra although we had booked it already. This problem was resolved after a few minutes. No milk alternatives or lactose free milk. The room / air con smelled a little weird in the beginning. So, not a 5 star experience but still a good choice for a stay in Doha.

The size of the room, bed and pillows was great. The furniture was in good condition and rooms were quiet.

Amenities were not available upon check-in including tissues, bath robes, dental kits and slippers. Had to ask everything whenever needed. Coffee cups were not cleaned properly, these were just rinsed from last use. The biggest issue was the location of bidet, it was placed on the left side where the tissue holder was obstructing its convenient use. The length of the pipe was not enough to allow usage.

The location is great which is 1min walk to Metro station Aldoha Aljadeda. Grocery and cold stores are within walking distance as well as restaurants. The hotel was quiet and the rooms were spacious and well furnished.

I was disappointed when I arrived to the hotel that when I booked made sure that the breakfast is included for all the 4 family members but was surprised while checking in that booking made it only for 2 persons. I did my best to settle the issue within the hotel who didnt help and the receptionist claimed that booking.com should sort it out. However, I requested booking.com to solve the problem especially since the price which is already settled remains the same with or without the other 2 extra breakfast but even booking.com didnt help on that matter which made me be very disappointed from booking.com and the hotel.

In a convenient location lies a plus of this five-star hotel, though it doesn't quite meet 5-star standards. The food is very good, particularly their seafood selection. The overall ambiance is pleasant, and the pricing is very reasonable.

We reserved an executive suite for 2 adults and 2 children. Despite it's large size, only a king bed was available in the whole unit. It's unbelievable how 4 members can squeeze into this!!! It's puzzling why booking.com allows it. The suite is very spacious but lacks adequate sleeping facilities for comfort. I wouldn't recommend the executive suite for a family with two children, despite booking.com's recommendation.

Location wise, this is a great option as it is near the Metro station, Souq Waqif, Downtown Msheireb, and other quality restaurants such as Rodizio, and bars such as Mitsurado. From the airport, ride the metro until the 4th stop. Easy commute, no need to ride the overpriced taxi.

The pillows are not that not that good, i was expecting perhaps a synthetic down fill or new pillows at the very least instead of overused pillows. Pillow sizes were uneven in terms of thickness. Bathroom seals or grouts should be replaced.

Well, I should start from the arrival, being a hotelier especially working at the front desk, I'm very much impressed with the check in experience, I was early to the hotel and didn't request anything, guest service agent politely informed i will try to accommodate you, before i request for an early check in. Thanks very much for that.. I should mention this special, we forgot our IPAD upon checkout, we received a call from the hotel on the same day to inform that as well.. Thank you team..

Well, i was not happy with the amenities, for double occupancy, amenities was provided for only one person, however, at the same time second persons amenities were provided. But the housekeeping service was excellent.

It was only one night stay, but the hotel is really nice. Starting from the reception desk, everyone was extremely kind and well organized, very attentive and available at any point of time. Starting from the gentleman assisting with the baggage, reception desk , managers and everyone else.

There are no USB charging pots in the room. The sockets are with the 3 pin entrance. I understand that the sockets are up to Qatari style, but there should be USB points at least for the people not having the adequate chargers to plug in, at least to be able to use USB.

The staff is so friendly and approachable, they will not hesitate to assist us right away! While we are walking to a hallway the housekeeping staff is so nice, walking towards us with a smiling face and greet us we felt like home. I wasn’t able to experience that to other hotels. Other than that, our room is so clean even the linens that we clean specially i always check everything even the toilet upon our arrival. 💯❤️ also thanks for the staff in the reception. They are so kind
