So far, green garden did not disappoint me unlike other places . In terms of front desk , security and housekeeping department. The lobby isn't big but it's good and comfortable. They have a free parking close to valet style which you will be assisted by one tall staff in black suit . They have basement and ground parking . The reception are welcoming and willing to help even with directions . The housekeeping are really helping as well . They provided the kettle for making coffee and the coffee sachets as well ❤️‍🩹.

While my stay at Green Garden Hotel was overall delightful, I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the Wi-Fi speed, which I found to be lower than expected.

Good location. Great staff at reception. Rooms were clean. Also they are flexible with check in depending on availability, which was a big plus.

WiFi availability can be improved. The wifi signal is great on the ground floor but almost none on the 5th floor where the room was. I was for business and had to buy a SIM card for a reliable internet connection.

During my recent stay I had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the receptionist, Elizabeth. From the moment I walked in, Elizabeth greeted me with a warm smile and efficiently handled my check-in process. Her friendly demeanor truly enhanced my visit. The lady at the reception Liz made our stay comfortable and she was so much welcoming,she maintained a happy face and her attitude towards us was superb.she was so friendly and helpful The room was very clean all amenities were provided for the view of the room was great The location was safe and secure
