One hotel room provided more than enough for a comfortable stay for a long period of time. All facilities were working and the friendly staff was always available to help/answer questions.

There was nothing in particular that was really negative. There was a small issue in the first 2 days where the water heating system didn't work, but the staff was very helpful and fixed it.

Optimal position to explore the city. 2 MRT in quick access. Rooftop bar on top of the building with free view to Marina Bay. Keyless system using the mobile works faultfree.

Signs of delayed maintenance. AC failed several times. TV failed several times. Bathroom cupboard rusted and broken. Railing broken. Kitchenette offers the absolute minimum. Dishwashing in the bathroom.

Everything, from the moment we arrived was so easy. We were met with our hosts that assisted us in getting familiar with the smart phone keyless system. Whenever we had a query we just rang them and always got an almost instant response to our enquiry. The MRT was close by and many buses passed by us on South Bridge Road. I must say, we used taxis mostly as they were so cheap and reliable. As for the location, our room, number 201, we don't think there is a better location overlooking the Singapore River and a multitude of restaurants and bars. What's more we walked out of our room and turned right and down a flight of stairs and we were amongst it. Food generally was quite cheap- except for Chilli Crab! The room was quite small at 15sq metres, however the rooms design was so functional that you never felt cramped, almost like a good galley kitchen . The equipment was first class with a wardrobe with no less than 20 coat hangers, a bed that was very comfortable and high enough to store your cases underneath. Highly recommend this hotel

Absolutely Nothing!

Great value for money, they are equipped with a lot of kitchen utensils and microwave which is very useful if needed (to cut all the fruit I had to eat :)). The staff was super friendly and I felt very easy to get in touch with over whatsapp. I was wondering if it'd be loud during the night, as it's a lively area, however the room kept outside sound out very well!

I don't have anything major that I can think of, for the price it was good value for money. Perhaps have a washing machine schedule to allow easier planning for people staying there (but having a washing machine is already a plus!).

Check-in process was super easy using the mobile app and made even easier with the instruction videos we received beforehand. The view from both the room and the rooftop bar are amazing, looking over the water and towards Marina Bay Sands. The location was perfect for us, close to China Town for delicious food and sightseeing for example. Although there is no reception desk or anything, communication with the team helping us out (Kenneth, Irean, Jun Wee & Naw) was great. They were super responsive and answered any questions we had within a minute which made this whole experience much more relaxing.

We were on level 2 of the building which is basically the level above the restaurants on the waterfront strip. So expect some noise coming from those restaurants and bars. We knew this beforehand, but didn't expect that even during weekdays the noise continues into the night most evenings.

An apt room with all required amenities and clean and tidy. The hospitality from first day to last day was upto the mark and we enjoyed the stay in the apartments. Very humble team as well. Thank u for such kind hospitality.

My recent stay at Heritage Collection on Boat Quay - South Bridge Wing, situated in the heart of Singapore, was nothing short of exceptional. The modern service apartment exceeded expectations with its luxurious rooms and outstanding amenities. Conveniently located near the MRT and major tourist attractions, the property offers both comfort and accessibility. The flexibility of early check-in, granted upon request, and the complimentary luggage storage facility added to the overall convenience of my visit. Very easy and convenient check-in service via phone. Detailed instructions were shared by the team prior to checking in. A major highlight was the breathtaking view of Boat Quay and the Singapore River from the rooftop terrace, providing a magical backdrop to unwind. Special shout out to the team (Irean, Ryan, Loc, Ed and Divina) for helping us throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Nicely done boutique aparthotel concept that these guys are doing. The rooms are small if considering from an apartment perspective (but that's standard in Singapore) but make good use of space. Overall impressed. Location is great - and also close to Fort Canning and other circuits for some fitness. I was on the 2nd floor, and didn't really notice the low level noise in the evening, but then I'm also not bothered by that sort of thing. And if you stay in an area like Boat Quay then you should expect some tbh. The staff were super responsive and proactively helpful too. Would stay again.

Felt a bit like a lot of personal info was perhaps needing to be [double] shared, what with / between bookingdotcom, the WhatsApp group chat for the booking coordination and info flow, and the digital key app. But, tbf, it perhaps seems that the concept is in its infancy and user journeys will streamline as it all matures.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritage Collection on Boat Quay during my trip to Singapore, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The hospitality team of Ryan, Ed, and Kim made sure our stay was amazing and stress free and they promptly responded to any queries I had. They provided us an overview of the check-in process and important details even before our stay commenced which greatly simplified things for us. The hotel has a digital key which is convenient and there is a luggage storage facility as well which we utilized on the first day. The location of the hotel couldn't be more perfect. Situated right on Boat Quay, the hotel offered great views of the river and the Bay area. The vibrant neighborhood added to the charm, with an array of riverside restaurants, bars, and a convenience store just steps away. The room facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The transportation connectivity was also convenient, making it easy for me to explore all that Singapore has to offer. Highly recommended property and awesome hotel team.

First of all, I'd like to thank Iran, Ken and Wenny. All such hard working and amazing hoteliers! They always went for an extra mile, when I needed a taxi, when my cc didn't work, when I had even little questions, treated me always with a smile and kindness.. They need a salary raise:P The hotel amenities were all good, literally everything you need was there. Also my room was over looking the river, so the views were fantastic, especially when I had to stay and work on my laptop, I enjoyed the views a lot. It's in a very convenient location, the tube (MRT) is 2 mins walk away so is a shopping mall. Across the road, there's a noodle shop open in the late night. Also very close to a very famous Bak But Teh restaurant.

The hotel is located in a busy bars area. I just didn't know that, so it was a little loud.
