One hotel room provided more than enough for a comfortable stay for a long period of time. All facilities were working and the friendly staff was always available to help/answer questions.

There was nothing in particular that was really negative. There was a small issue in the first 2 days where the water heating system didn't work, but the staff was very helpful and fixed it.

Optimal position to explore the city. 2 MRT in quick access. Rooftop bar on top of the building with free view to Marina Bay. Keyless system using the mobile works faultfree.

Signs of delayed maintenance. AC failed several times. TV failed several times. Bathroom cupboard rusted and broken. Railing broken. Kitchenette offers the absolute minimum. Dishwashing in the bathroom.

Everything, from the moment we arrived was so easy. We were met with our hosts that assisted us in getting familiar with the smart phone keyless system. Whenever we had a query we just rang them and always got an almost instant response to our enquiry. The MRT was close by and many buses passed by us on South Bridge Road. I must say, we used taxis mostly as they were so cheap and reliable. As for the location, our room, number 201, we don't think there is a better location overlooking the Singapore River and a multitude of restaurants and bars. What's more we walked out of our room and turned right and down a flight of stairs and we were amongst it. Food generally was quite cheap- except for Chilli Crab! The room was quite small at 15sq metres, however the rooms design was so functional that you never felt cramped, almost like a good galley kitchen . The equipment was first class with a wardrobe with no less than 20 coat hangers, a bed that was very comfortable and high enough to store your cases underneath. Highly recommend this hotel

Absolutely Nothing!

Great value for money, they are equipped with a lot of kitchen utensils and microwave which is very useful if needed (to cut all the fruit I had to eat :)). The staff was super friendly and I felt very easy to get in touch with over whatsapp. I was wondering if it'd be loud during the night, as it's a lively area, however the room kept outside sound out very well!

I don't have anything major that I can think of, for the price it was good value for money. Perhaps have a washing machine schedule to allow easier planning for people staying there (but having a washing machine is already a plus!).

The location of the hotel was amazing! Super central and close to lots of attractions (Boat Quay, Fort Canning Park, Parliament, National Gallery, Fullerton Hotel, Merlion etc) and also great to walk around at night. There is a 7Eleven right across the street and a bus stop, MRT and Mall all a few minutes away. The service by the Concierge Team Loc, Edmar and Kim was great. They were very quick to respond via Whatsapp and very friendly and forthcoming when I had any questions. There are also free washers and dryers as well as washing powder provided. As this is an Aparthotel, there is a small kitchen and utensils provided and a lot of storage to use. The room was also pretty clean and housekeeping came once, which was communicated beforehand by the team. All in all, I would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again.

There are bins not too far from main entrance which means there was a smell at times.

The room was amazing with a lovely view of the river. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was clean. I stayed there for a week, so it was great to also have access to a washing machine and dryer. There was also enough wardrobe space for my clothes, as well as a table and couch. It's in a superb location as well, making it easy to walk to many sites. Special shoutout to Loc, Edmar, and Kim for making my stay here very enjoyable - they went above and beyond to answer any questions and sort out issues swiftly, even suggesting a list of things to do in and around the area.

In the evenings there was a lot of noise coming from the bars below, which wasn't a huge issue for me but may not be ideal for a light sleeper. I tried to air out the room during the day but opening the windows was very difficult.

We stayed for about a week and it was great. The bed was super comfortable, there are basic kitchen utensils, everything was super clean and organized, they provide free laundry, the people we interacted with were nice and professional, very well thought out place for a short stay. You can put your bags under the bed and although the room is small we were expecting it so it wasn't an issue at all. The location is also amazing, walking distance to interesting spots and the view 10/10.

If you're planning to cook expect to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink, It makes sense considering the space but sometimes it was a bit uncomfortable. We recommend oiling the windows, we tried to open them and were a bit hard to handle and dusty (the room was spotless, we only noticed the dust on the external part of the windows).

The property was excellent, centric and very convenient to everything. The room was excellent. The customer service 24/7 was just wonderful and they were answering my questions about anything related to the accommodation in just matter of minutes. So far the best experience with them.

Finding the property was a bit difficult and I would strongly advice to ask for further information to the property in advance as I was getting the info by pieces. You should ask how to get there and which type of phone you use as it is bit different (iphone/android)

Nicely done boutique aparthotel concept that these guys are doing. The rooms are small if considering from an apartment perspective (but that's standard in Singapore) but make good use of space. Overall impressed. Location is great - and also close to Fort Canning and other circuits for some fitness. I was on the 2nd floor, and didn't really notice the low level noise in the evening, but then I'm also not bothered by that sort of thing. And if you stay in an area like Boat Quay then you should expect some tbh. The staff were super responsive and proactively helpful too. Would stay again.

Felt a bit like a lot of personal info was perhaps needing to be [double] shared, what with / between bookingdotcom, the WhatsApp group chat for the booking coordination and info flow, and the digital key app. But, tbf, it perhaps seems that the concept is in its infancy and user journeys will streamline as it all matures.

Very easy and convenient check-in service via phone. Detailed instructions were shared by the team prior to checking in. A major highlight was the breathtaking view of Boat Quay and the Singapore River from the rooftop terrace, providing a magical backdrop to unwind. Special shout out to the team (Irean, Ryan, Loc, Ed and Divina) for helping us throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
