This hotel kind of surprised us. we were expecting to be put in a shoebox sized room with little to no storage space and a tiny bathroom. While we didn't get a massive room, it definitely had enough space for 2 adults to move around comfortably, a comfortable bed and a really nice bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for exploring the city, with two MRT station within a 10 minute walk away, the river side bar/restaurant strip a 5 minute walk away and satay street a 15 minute walk away. The 961 bus that goes past Raffles and Kampong Glam picks up a five minute walk form the hotel and drops off right outside the front door. There is also at least one hop on hop off bus that stops here.

Very basic clean room which served its purpose. Clean and comfortable. Very good location, right in centre. I'd say very good value for money as Singapore is expensive.

Rooms small, no facilities, however we didn't spend much time there. This is a hotel for people wanting to explore, it's not a hotel you go to to stay in all day.

Location was very convenient, I walked everywhere. Staff was friendly and helpfull, room was very clean and bed comfy. Everything I needed was there, would definetely stay again.

There wasn't a pool which would have been nice but then again, the hotel was not expensive and that is more important to me.

Was conveniently located right in-front of a bus stop! Front desk check-in was nice. Arrived early and they were able to hold my bags before checking into the room. Walking distance to shopping mall and lots of fun bars and eateries around. Room was very clean and nice/modern. Spent a night here and was very pleased. They were able to hold my bags as well after check-out before needing to head to the airport. Only thing missing could be a pool! But was right the middle of a busy area of a busy area so understandable. Enjoyed my stay!

I had a wonderful experience at The Quay Hotel! The convenient location, unique eateries, and the serene Singapore River have made my stay memorable. And though The Quay Hotel is situated along the roadside, it is very quiet. And a sheltered bus stop is right in front of the hotel's main entrance. Booking again seems like a great idea!

An honest review... - Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Check in was easy. - The room was small, however it felt cosy and comfortable with carpet and a soft/medium mattress made for a good night sleep. - Complimentary water and electrolyte drinks in fridge. - Bathroom was clean with amenities (and slippers!) and the room had a drenching shower head which was AMAZING! - We were lucky enough to have views of Marina Bay Sands from our window! - The location was FANTASTIC; right in the middle of Chinatown, short walk to MRT, 10min walk to Merlion and the boardwalk across from MBS.

- TV did not work in our room however we never watched it because we were too busy out exploring. - Single glaze windows meant that there was some excessive noise from nightclubs in the area. Particularly bad on one night as music did not cease until 4am, however the hotel itself and location to MRT, restaurants, Hawker centres and bars made it extremely tolerable.

The property was directly in front of the bus stop. In Singapore, taxis cannot use the lanes of the buses so taxis need to stop on the other side of the road or at another side street and walk all the way to the pedestrian lane which is at the end of the street just to access the hotel.

Good location , bus outside straight to Little India & Raffles Hotel , short walk to fab coffee shop & lovely breakfast choices. Easy to get around by Metro which was a also a short walk .

Great sized room with a comfy bed and the air con was fab. WiFi worked perfectly. Really good location close to two MRT stations and a 15 min walk to the Marina Bay

The bathroom had all it needs and surpassing expectations. Minifridge. water kettle in room.

Mattress was a bit worn.
