this is my 3rd time in this hotel. staff are so nice, special mention to Joan and the other pinay staff. they are very helpful to us. the place is very near the train station and very accessible to transportation, malls, convenient stores and resto, walking distance to china town. the breakfast is great- authentic nasi lemak. room is always clean and really cold. the water heater is also functioning well.

they dont provide soap, shampoo anymore. there is no bidet.

Hotel centrally located, within walking distance of Chinatown and other highlights. Room was compact but had everything we needed for a one night stay. There is a rooftop pool (6th floor) which provides a view over the local area and a (very) small gym (1 treadmill, 1 bike). The breakfast was located in an adjoining cafe and was very good value (European or local breakfast). The hotel was spotless and the staff at reception were very helpful (we arrived late) and were able to help with directions/recommendations. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel which took about 25 mins for $38. When returning to the airport from the CBD we took the MRT which took about 50mins but cost $2. If you have time use the MRT, it's excellent value and you can use your bank card to tap on/off for tickets.

Room is small and shower/toilet is a compact room. It was perfectly fine for one night but there is no storage (a rail with 3-4 hangers) so would feel a bit claustrophobic for longer stays!

Spotlessly clean. My deluxe double room was small but adequate for one, however it would have been very cosy for two, but it did have a queen size bed and a small but perfectly formed brand new bathroom. The bonus for a hotel in this price bracket was the fact that it had 2 lifts to all floors (6 floors) and a rooftop pool - not huge but well kept. The whole place appears to have been renovated recently.

There was a tiny fridge and kettle provided, but no other catering facilities. There was a tiny 24/7 7Eleven mini-mart next door, and a coffee shop on the other side but this was only open during the day. Staff were friendly but not proactive in offering assistance.

Love the location! It's walking distance to the rest of CBD, and lots of food options nearby as well. The room is small (expected) but cosy, and has what it needs to have. An absolute value for money!

There may be some wiring issues with the room/building. My room's electricity supply got cut off suddenly one evening for a brief minute. Also in the evening, either the aircond or the bathroom drain started to emit a stench, which goes away after running the aircond and splashing water down the drain for a while.

The location of this hotel is very good. The Clarke Quay area has a great nightlife and Chinatown is also very close. The subway is just on the corner. There is also a 7Eleven next to the entrance, which was very useful many times. We didn't have breakfast included, but tried the breakfast bar anyway, and it was pleasant. This is a budget hotel so the rooms were small as expected. They were also clean and well equipped. AC works perfectly! There was some smell in the hallways but not in the rooms. The swimming pool on the rooftop is a nice bonus and it's easy to access it. The staff was very friendly and our room was ready hours before our check-in time! Overally, we had a great experience and no issues at all, so I can recommend this hotel to all.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Air-conditioned room, which can be controlled by the guest. Kettle, and mugs, with a couple of coffee and tea sachets supplied daily. Shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Movies on the TV to watch at night. Great location. 7-eleven shop and cafe next door. Walk to Clarke Quay. This hotel is right in the heart of a busy local street. Late check-out at 12pm. Easy check-in and check-out. Overall, functional, convenient, clean and comfortable, and meets all expectations for the price.

The location means that the views from the windows are not attractive. This is NOT the hotel's fault and it should not deter you staying there. The rooms are very small, including the bathroom. Again, I would not let this deter you staying there, unless you need lots of room for the people and/or lots of luggage. The 'gym' is basically a tiny box room with a couple of pieces of equipment - but if you are not using the 'gym' this won't be an issue. There is a nice pool on the rooftop.

The room was small but comfortable and clean. We loved the swimming pool on the roof, it was a welcome relief to relax and escape the hot humid weather. The location is really good, with metro station less than 5mins walk away and plenty of bars and restaurants just around the corner. Compared to other hotels, this was great value for money. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Overall we had a pleasant stay here.

There was construction going on next door which meant noise was loud from early morning onwards. We had ear plugs so we were able to block it out

Room was a little small but was very functional for two person. Bathroom was different from the occidental continent but we like it, the only thing is that need to be careful to do not slip. Location was simple perfect, near to the train station, avenues, restaurants, mall and very safety. Breakfast, we do not take the rate with breakfast Downstairs is a convenience store

The smell of cigarettes' in the hall (in my country is not permitted to smoke in open areas) so I guess to smell again the smoke of the cigarette was not pleasant for me. Its not smell cigarette in the room.

It is awesome to the breakfast just at the nextdoor of this hotel. Staff there are all friendly and helpful efficently. For the experience of breakfast, Perfect ! This hotel is in a great location. Close by the MRT (Clarke Quay Station, Purple Line, NE5) and the bus step. Very convenient to anywhere including the airport in this city. Hotel staff are quite friendly and hotel room cleaning is well done.

Though all of rooms shall be non-smoking, still can find few tourists smoke in the room or shut out loud talking/chatting without closing the room door. Shower room is just fine but the water heater sometimes doesn't work ... Based on its pros and cons as above, if the price could be lower, maybe around US$115 or lower price per night, it seems it'd make more sense. (I stayed 5 nights w/ US$135 per night during Jan.19-24, 2023)
