Location was great. Staff all friendly and helpful. I read not-so-positive comments here but I do not see them. Yes the room was on the small side but it had everything you would need: bed, shower, phone, TV, water boiler, mirror, phone, towels, linen, blowdryer, etc, so it was all good.

Shower head was a little wonky but still workable.

The comfortable bed, the lovely shower and the thick fluffy towels were fantastic. Staff were really lovely and extremely helpful as well and went above and beyond lending me an adaptor so I could recharge my phone and moved to another before I even realised there was a problem with the air conditioning in the room I was I initially given.

I got stuck in the lift at 6am in the morning (the door would not open) and was unable to raise any help as no one responded to the alarm. fortunately I was able to get the lift back up and get my bags and myself over the top edge. The fact that all reception staff is at Clover 5 next door and the reception at Clover 7 is unmanned made this quite scary and for a while I thought I was going to miss my flight.

Have all basic needs except the room is a bit small. Hardly any walking space. Good daily house keeping and changing towels daily and replenishing coffee, fresh water, tooth brush. Location is fantastic. Near Chinatown, mrt and many places of interests.

Don't like the basin is on top of the limited table space. When u wash your face ,water splash out on the floor. Should be in the bathroom. Also the little table is so small, no space to put a laptop. Do a extension table that can be hidden when nor in use. Discounts should be given for long stays.

- TV basically has 3 channels only. They just keep repeating after a few. The rest just doesn't work at all - WIFI bandwith certainly very tight, it is just way too slow all the time - Shower head has probably not been inspected for ages, it is tearing apart like cheap plastic

Close to metro and buses. The staff were beyond accomodating! The great value quality/price. It is really centrally located. Really clean too!

It is true that we can hear everything from next door and vice versa. But for the price and the location, it is a tiny price to pay! Having read the reviews, we brought ear plugs and didn't talk loud. We slept well and still had a pleasant stay!

Excellent location. Several MRT stops are nearby, and most of the popular attractions are within the walking distance. The staff was really nice and helpful. The wi-fi connection was strong. Has an elevator.

The room's walls had some stains and did not look fresh. Also, the cleaner could do a bit better job, as I found some hair. Get ready that rooms are small, but that is what Singapore is about, so I do not complain.

What you see in the photos are what you get. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, complete amenities. Coin operated laundromart is just across the small street. Friendly front desk staffs who checked me in and out. Worth what I paid for.

The remote controller to switch on/off the lights in my room probably need to be serviced.

Comfortable beds, with great location. We booked 2 bedrooms and they were connected to each other. It's a great place for a stopover.

The rooms were super compact, so if you (as me) are a little bit claustrophobic, it could be a problem. Also, it took me a long time to figured out how to turn the lights on and off.

I only have positive points to say about this hotel, the location is great with many establishments nearby, and the rooms are super comfortable, great beds, and not to mention the excellent service

So far I have nothing to complain about, everyone on the customer service team is super helpful and solves any problem

Clean and modern. The location was very convenient, close to a MRT and at 15 minutes from the marina bay area. The staff was very gentle.

The room is not soundproof, I could hear everything from the next room
